灌州·教师｜我校举行师德师风建设专项教育行动专题培训Teacher Virtue Cultivation

      为进一步推动我校师德师风建设，提高教师队伍整体素质，4月15日，在师德师风建设启动仪式后，我校举行了师德师风建设专项教育行动专题培训。此次培训旨在通过政策宣讲、宣誓仪式和签订承诺书等环节，强化教师的职业道德意识，为学生创造更加优质的学习环境。来自万源市跟岗研修培训的老师们共同参加了此次培训。

      On April 15th, after the launch ceremony of the construction of teacher ethics and style, our school held a special education action training on teacher virtue cultivation.

      政策宣讲：明确方向，深化认识

      学校党支部书记、校长马长俊同志为全体教师进行了党的教育方针政策及教育法规宣讲。马校长深入解读了国家关于师德师风建设的相关政策文件，强调了师德师风建设的重要性和紧迫性。他指出，师德师风是教师队伍的灵魂，是教育工作的根本保证。全体教师要深刻学习教育法律法规，将师德师风建设贯穿于教育教学全过程，以实际行动践行教师职业道德。

      Comrade Ma Changjun, Secretary of the Party Branch and Principal of the school, gave a lecture on the Party's educational policies and regulations to all teachers.

      宣誓仪式：庄严承诺，坚定信念

      在宣誓环节，全体老师在党支部委员李书老师的带领下，右手举拳，庄严诵读誓词。我们郑重承诺，将严格遵守师德规范，矢志追求美好的教育人生，积极弘扬教育家精神，努力成为教育之光，照亮学生远方，为教育强国贡献自己的力量。

      During the oath taking session, all teachers, under the guidance of Party branch member Li Shu, raised their fists with their right hand and solemnly recited the oath.

      签订承诺书：明确责任，落实行动

      Signing Commitment Letter

      为确保师德师风建设取得实效，全体教师还签订了承诺书。承诺书中明确了教师在师德师风建设中的具体责任和要求，包括遵守法律法规、尊重学生权益、提高教学水平等方面。教师们纷纷表示，将认真履行承诺，以实际行动践行师德师风建设的要求。

      To ensure the effective construction of teacher ethics and conduct, all teachers have also signed a commitment letter.Teachers have expressed that they will fulfill their commitments and practice the requirements of building professional ethics and conduct through practical actions.

      此次师德师风建设专项教育行动专题培训进一步明确了师德师风建设的重要性和自身责任，为学校今后的教育教学工作奠定了坚实的基础。我校将继续加强师德师风建设，不断提升教师队伍整体素质。
