坚守教育初心

      On April 11th, we held a grand launch ceremony for the special education action on teacher virtue conduct. All teachers, students, community representatives, and parent representatives participated in the event.

      活动伊始，学校党支部马长俊书记在致辞中表示，学校将认真落实新时代教师职业行为十项准则，搭建好师德师风考核平台，认真审视自身，锻造教师的职业风骨，开展系列活动，深入推进师德师风建设工作，用我们的教育良心服务一方百姓，成就一批孩子。

      At the beginning of the event, Secretary Ma Changjun of the school's party branch stated in his speech that the school will implement the ten guidelines for professional behavior of teachers in the new era, serve the people with our educational conscience, and achieve a group of children.

      紧接着，莲花社区代表李飞副主任从不同角度阐述了心目中好老师的标准。教师的师德举足轻重，是塑造学生品格和影响学生成长的关键因素之一，社区将积极配合学校开展师德师风建设活动，共同营造尊师重教的良好氛围。

      Community representative Li Fei stated that they will cooperate with the school to carry out this activities, and jointly create a good atmosphere.

      随后，家长代表冀洁上台发言。结合自身的教育经历，分享了心目中好老师的形象，并就如何践行尊师重教提出了宝贵的建议。作为家长将积极支持学校的师德师风建设工作，与学校共同为孩子们的成长营造良好的教育环境。

      党员教师代表黄玉老师在发言中强调了党员在师德师风建设中的模范带头作用。作为教师也将时刻牢记身份，用实际行动践行师德师风的要求，为教育的发展贡献自己的力量。

      Party member teacher representative Huang Yu emphasized in her speech the exemplary and leading role of Party member teachers in the construction of professional ethics and conduct.

      学生代表王品珺同学围绕“尊重老师从点滴做起”这一主题进行了发言。尊重每一位老师，认真听讲，努力学习，以优异的成绩回报老师的辛勤付出。

      Student representative Wang Pinjun gave a speech on the theme of "Respecting Teachers from Every Thing".

      最后，一场情景朗诵《是老师·是学生》深情上演，展现了教师与学生的深厚情谊，以及教师在学生成长道路上的重要角色。这一环节不仅让在场的每一个人感受到了教育的温暖，也激发了大家对于师德师风建设的深刻思考。

      A scene recitation of "Being a Teacher, Being a Student" was performed with deep affection. Through vivid performances, the important role of teachers in the growth path of students is demonstrated.

      此次启动仪式的圆满举行，标志着灌州小学师德师风建设专项教育行动正式拉开帷幕。学校将以此为契机，进一步加强师德师风建设，不断提升教师队伍的整体素质，为培养更多优秀人才奠定坚实基础。

      The successful holding of this launch ceremony marks the official opening of the special education campaign for the construction of teacher ethics and conduct in Guanzhou Primary School.
