      有人说《热辣滚烫》这部电影不是讲减肥故事，不是讲拳击故事，而是告诉我们要学会爱自己。电影的英文名是YOLO，YOLO的含义是“你只活一次”或“人生只有一次”，那么面对只活一次的2024年，我们更要好好爱自己。

      The English name of the movie is YOLO, which means "you only live once" or "life is only once". Therefore, in the face of living only once in 2024, we must love ourselves even more.

      本课程从积极心理学的角度出发，借助2024年春节档电影《热辣滚烫》，在新学期伊始引导学生了解自我关爱，并学习自我关爱的方式，从而更好地去应对生活中的自我怀疑与自我否定。同时，鼓励学生在新学期设定目标和规划实现目标的行动，将爱自己的口号转换为提升自己的具体行动。

      This course starts from the perspective of positive psychology and encourages students to set goals and plan actions to achieve them in the new semester, transforming the slogan of loving oneself into specific actions to improve oneself.
