畅聊心声，共赴成长——青年教师培训会 Young Teachers Training

      为进一步了解和掌握年轻教师的发展需求，引导年轻教师和新进教师适应新角色，增强教师们对学校的归属感和认同感，我校于1月22日举行了青年教师培训会。

团体游戏

      减压赋能，聚力前行，心理老师白柯在会前组织老师们开展了以“抓快乐”为主题的团体游戏。

      The psychology teacher organized the teachers to have a group game before the meeting.

      马长俊校长作《教育人的自我修养》专题分享，以自己的成长经历鼓励青年教师们不断学习，认识自我，快速成长，为学生的健康成长和学校的持续发展贡献一份力量。

      With his own growth experience, Principal Ma Changjun encourages young teachers to continue to learn and grow rapidly, contributing to the healthy growth of students and the sustainable development of the school.

共话成长

      培训后的“青春茶话会”上，其乐融融的团聚温暖了与会的青年，老师们畅谈教师发展，共话人生理想。在茶话会上，参会青年教师分享自己加入灌小大家庭之后的感受、成长和变化，畅谈日常工作和生活中的所感所想。

      At the tea party, the participating young teachers shared their feelings, growth and changes after joining the big family, and talked about their feelings and thoughts in daily work and life.

      青春逢盛世，奋斗正当时。学校将一如既往，关心教师工作、生活需求，重视和支持青年教师成长。相信青年教师们能够立鸿鹄志，做奋斗者，砥砺前行，为学校发展增光添彩。

      The school will, as always, care about the needs of teachers' work and life,support the growth of young teachers. I believe that young teachers can build up their ambition,and add glory to the development of the school.
