灌州·教师｜我校开展期末教师培训——语文学科 Chinese Group Training

      为进一步优化和整合教育教学，了解教材的编写特点以及使用方法，落实新课标理念，构建高品质课堂，2024年1月19日，都江堰市灌州小学校语文组全体教师进行了“立足新课标，聚力新征程”为主题的培训活动。

      On January 19, 2024, all teachers in the Chinese group of our school conducted a training activity with the theme of "Based on the New Curriculum Standards, Uniting for a New Journey".

      根据此次培训要求，在马校长的带领下全体语文老师积极开展教研活动。马校长指出：每位老师要做到课程标准、教材、教参分析解读的一致性；教学设计要做到“教-学-评”的一致性，立足学生素养发展。

      According to the training requirements, under the leadership of Principal Ma, all Chinese teachers actively carried out teaching and research activities.

      According to the above requirements, all Chinese teachers gathered together to carry out a seminar activity. The teachers carefully studied how to integrate and design large units in the second volume of the textbook, and proposed specific solutions.
