灌州·教师｜我校开展期末教师培训——数学学科 Maths Group Training

      为进一步落实新课标理念，构建高品质课堂。2024年1月19日，都江堰市灌州小学校数学组全体教师进行了“立足新课标  聚力新征程”为主题的培训活动。

      In order to further implement the new curriculum standard concept, build high quality class. On January 19, 2024, all the teachers of the maths group of Guanzhou Primary School conducted a training  activity with the theme of "Gathering Strength for a New Journey Based on the New curriculum standards".

      数学教研组紧紧围绕学校工作重点，以落实“教学评一体化” 为工作方向，以实现数学教学结构化为工作导向，以提升教育质量为中心，以课堂教学为着落点，严格落实数学学科核心素养。所有数学老师集中在一起开展了研讨活动，老师们对12册教材中存在的教学重难点，各抒己见，提出了具体的解决策略，呈现了浓厚的教研氛围。

      The maths group closely focuses on the work of the school, takes the implementation of "integration of teaching and evaluation" as the work direction, takes the realization of maths teaching structure as the work orientation, takes the improvement of education quality as the center, takes class teaching as the starting point, and strictly implements the core literacy of maths discipline. All the maths teachers gathered together to carry out discussion activities. All the teachers expressed their opinions on the key and difficult points of teaching about the twelve teaching materials, and put forward specific solutions, showing rich teaching and research atmosphere.
