灌州·教师｜我校开展期末教师培训——英语学科 English Group Training

      岁序更迭，新章共启。为加强灌州小学的建设，促进教师的专业成长，以满足学生多样化的学习需求，2024年1月19日，我校英语组进行了“立足新课标 聚力新征程”为主题的教师寒假专题培训。

      The time changes,The new journey starts. In order to strengthen the construction of Guanzhou Primary School, promote the professional growth of teachers, and satisfy the diversified learning needs of students, on January 19, 2024,  All the teachers of English groups conducted a winter vacation special training with the theme of "Based on the new curriculum standards and Gather Strength for a New Journey".

      根据此次培训要求，叶蓓主任带领全体英语教师积极开展教研活动。在活动中叶主任指出为新学期英语教育教学工作的持续提质争效，需制定出合理的英语学科单元教学规划。她从教材、单元主题、课时、学习目标、学习任务、成果评价、作业等方面的要求做了深刻解读，强调教师要立足核心素养，把握好课程的深度和思维的广度，从而制定出每个单元的教学规划。同时也指出每个年级组一定是群策群力，共同制定，保证高质高效的完成每个单元的教学规划。

      According to the training requirements, Director Ye Bei led all English teachers to actively carry out teaching and research activities. In the activity, Director Ye pointed out that in order to continuously improve the quality of English education and teaching work in the new semester, it is necessary to formulate a reasonable English subject unit teaching plan. She made a deep interpretation of the requirements of teaching materials, unit themes, course time, learning objectives, learning tasks, achievement evaluation, homework and other aspects, emphasizing that teachers should base on the core quality, grasp the depth of the curriculum and the breadth of thinking, so as to formulate the teaching plan of each unit. At the same time, it is also pointed out that each grade group must work together to make the teaching plan of each unit with high quality and efficiency.

      These ideas specifically and precisely help the teachers to make their own unit planning, and lay a solid foundation for the teaching of the new semester. All the teachers of the English group are full of enthusiasm and devote themselves to the work.
