
教师培训是蓄势聚力、开始新征程的“加油站”。为进一步加强教师素质建设、提升教师业务能力,使教师专业化发展迈上新台阶,不断提升学校办学质量。在学校统一培训后于2024年1月19日——20日,综合学科大组以“立足新课标•聚力新征程”为主题的专题培训。

美术组在本期成果总结中进行了深入剖析,并针对下期工作计划进行了全面规划。同时,组长王丽老师还对新课标进行了解读,对新教学设计撰写要求进行了详细讲解。
The art group has carried out an in-depth analysis in the summary of the results of this period, and made a comprehensive plan for the next work plan. 体育组在教研组长吴明刚老师的带领下进行了新课标的再学习,吴老师从课程性质的变化到课程理念的转变等多个方向进行讲解,通过本次课标学习让所有老师对课标的理解又有了新的认识,在今后的课堂教学上从如何备课到上课都指明了方向。

音乐组的新课标学习主要是再次梳理和解读新课标在课堂中的运用,解读课程中坚持以美育人、重视艺术体验、突出课程整合的三大核心理念和四大核心素养,理解其在教学设计中的运用,以及课堂教学中的实践。
The study of the new curriculum standard of the music group is mainly to reorganize and interpret the application of the new curriculum standard in the classroom, interpret the three core concepts and four core qualities of insisting on aesthetic education, attaching importance to artistic experience and highlighting curriculum integration in the curriculum, and understand its application in teaching design and classroom teaching practice.

小综合组包括心理健康教育、道德与法治、生命生态安全、劳动、综合实践等学科。各学科老师分别对自己的学科素养和教学内容进行了介绍,向主任针对每个学科特性给老师们提出了指导意见,让每位老师更加明晰自己的备课模板及今后的教学思路。
The small comprehensive group includes mental health education, morality and rule of law, life ecological safety, labor, comprehensive practice and other disciplines. The teachers of each subject introduced their own discipline literacy and teaching content respectively, and gave guidance to the director for the characteristics of each subject to the teachers, so that each teacher was more clear about their own lesson preparation template and future teaching ideas.

信息科技组整合教材单元内容,注重知识间的内在联系。

向主任针对本次活动做出小结,并对全体教师提出新的要求。
