灌州·教师|我校开展期末教师培训——心理健康Psychological Health Training

      为进一步普及心理健康知识,提升老师们的心理调适能力与学生辅导能力。2024年1月18日下午,我校特邀请成都市教科院兼职心理教研员、成都市A证学校心理辅导员孟泓沁老师开展《以四两拨千斤,幸福的教师培养阳光的孩子》专题培训。都江堰市乡村振兴教育第七联盟向峨小学的老师们也参加了此次培训活动。

      In order to promote mental health knowledge, on the afternoon of January 18, 2024, our school specially invited Mr. Meng Hongqin, a psychological teaching and research officer from the Chengdu Academy of Education Sciences, to come for teacher training.


      孟老师通过对一封信的分析向老师们介绍了学生心理与行为问题应对的一般思路;借助案例帮助老师们理解了心理问题、精神疾病与发展中的问题之间的区别与联系。

      By analyzing a letter, the teacher was introduced to the general ideas for coping with students' psychological and behavioral problems.


      讲座内容丰富、生动有趣、实用性强,对我校进一步科学、系统、规范地做好教师自我关怀、学生教育和危机干预工作起到了积极指导作用。

      It played a positive guiding role in our school's further scientific, systematic, and standardized work on teacher self-care, student education, and crisis intervention.


      紧接着,学生发展与指导中心叶体平主任对我校三自教育及全员育人提升方案进行了解读,呼吁全体教职员工做大先生,而不只是教书匠,要做以生命教育为前提的教育。学会改变与学生对话的方式,改变与家长的沟通方式,在沟通过程中牢记四个关键词“关系、倾听、共情、指导”。

      Subsequently, Director Ye Tiping interpreted the three self education and overall education improvement plan of our school, emphasizing the need for education based on life education, learning to change the way we communicate with students, and changing the way we communicate with parents.


      最后,我校专职心理教师结合都江堰市教育局相关文件精神,给全体教职员工做了寒假心理工作安排方案解读,提醒老师们务必按要求落实寒假学生关爱工作。

      Finally, psychological teacher provided an interpretation of the winter vacation psychological work arrangement plan for all teaching staff, reminding them to implement winter vacation student care work as required.
