灌州·教师｜我校开展期末教师培训——立足新课标·聚力新征程Winter Vacation Training

      新征程，新跨越，为进一步落实2022新课标理念在各学科课堂的有效应用，提升教研活动的有效性，更新各学科教师教学理念，我校于1月18日拉开了寒假教职工系列培训的帷幕。同时，都江堰市乡村振兴教育第七联盟向峨小学的老师们也参加了此次培训活动。

      A new journey, a new leap, in order to implement the effective application of the 2022 new curriculum concept in various subjects, our school launched a series of winter vacation training on January 18th. At the same time, teachers from Xiang'e Elementary School also participated in this training activity.

      我校马长俊校长以“立足新课标·聚力新征程”为主题，对2022新课程标准的要求与落实进行了深入解读。再次回顾了新课标的修订背景及其重要性，即“为什么”要实施新课标。详细解读了新课标的具体内容与特点，让教师们明确“是什么”。他通过分析学校一年半来的对新课标的教育教学实践以及自我思考，基于学科案例分析指导教师们如何在实际教学中贯彻新课标理念，再次明晰了新课标“怎么做”。

      Principal Ma Changjun of our school, with the theme of "Based on the New Curriculum Standards and Joining Forces on a New Journey," explained why the new curriculum standards need to be implemented, allowing teachers to clarify what constitutes this new educational standard and answering the question of "how to do it.".

      参加培训的教师们不仅对新课标理念有了更深刻地认识，而且在教学方法和策略上也获得了新的启示。在后续的系列培训中教师们还将通过小组讨论和案例研究等方式，共同探索创新教学方法和评价手段，力求在下一学期中更好地落实新课程理念，提升教学质量。

      The teachers who participated in the training not only gained a deeper understanding of the new curriculum standards, but also gained new insights in teaching methods and strategies. Strive to better implement the new curriculum concept and improve teaching quality in the next semester.
