灌州·安全｜我校承担成都市第三批食品安全示范县（市、区）跟踪评价工作 Food Safety Inspection

      为贯彻落实《企业落实食品安全主体责任监督管理规定》（国家市场监督管理总局令第60号），指导餐饮服务企业建立健全“日管控、周排查、月调度”管理制度，切实履行食品安全主体责任。2023年12月4日上午四川省成都市检验院专家鲁时旭、李旭及都江堰市市场监督局餐服科科长钱福友一行来我校进行食品安全工作检查。

      On December 4, 2023, experts from Chengdu Inspection Institute of Sichuan Province came to our school for food safety inspection.

      两位专家现场听取了我校落实食品安全工作情况汇报，并现场查看食堂各操作间及食堂管理制度、操作流程过程资料等，对学校落实食品安全管理工作给予了高度评价，并强调学校要高度重视食品安全工作，切实担负起学校食品安全主体责任，细化管理流程，不断提升学校食品安全管理水平。

      The two experts listened to the report on the implementation of food safety work in our school on the spot, and inspected the management system and operation process information of each operating room and canteen in the canteen on the spot. They spoke highly of the implementation of food safety management in the school, and stressed that the school should attach great importance to food safety work, effectively shoulder the main responsibility of school food safety, and refine the management process. Continuously improve the level of school food safety management.
