灌州·均衡｜联盟活动促成长 并肩携手普芬芳Alliance activities promote the growth

      星辰为友，前途有光；同心共力，筑梦前行。为促进都江堰市乡村振兴教育联盟的进一步发展，开阔教学和管理视野，增进学校之间的友谊。11月29日中午，都江堰市向峨小学一行8人在孙春校长的带领下莅临我校开展联盟学校交流活动。

      In order to promote the further development of Dujiangyan Rural revitalization Education Alliance, broaden the horizons of teaching and management, and enhance the friendship between schools. At noon on November 29, a group of 8 people from Dujiangyan Xiang’e Primary School came to our school to carry out alliance school exchange activities under the leadership of Principal Sun Chun.

      在交流会上，我校马长俊校长代表全体师生对向峨小学各位领导和教育同仁的到来表示热烈欢迎。此次交流座谈会以“学校办学理念系统重构与落地”为主题，主要从两方面展开。首先，由我校马长俊校长向向峨小学介绍我校学校管理架构模式，然后，按照行政分工，双方行政从教学管理，德育管理，办公室事务，后勤保障等方面进行深入的经验交流和答疑解惑，双方校长也从学校整体规划、校园建设、学校管理、教育教研等多方面进行深入交流。积极促进两校的合作，务实开展互访互学活动，互相借鉴，共同发展。

      At the exchange meeting, Ma Changjun, principal of our school, on behalf of all teachers and students, warmly welcomed the leaders and educational colleagues of Xiange Primary School. The exchange forum with the theme of "school philosophy system reconstruction and landing", mainly from two aspects. First of all, Principal Ma Changjun of our school introduced the management structure model of our school to Xiange Primary School. Then, according to the administrative division of labor, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges of experience and answers to questions and doubts from the aspects of teaching management, moral education management, office affairs, logistics support, etc. The two principals also conducted in-depth exchanges from the overall planning of the school, campus construction, school management, education, teaching and research. Actively promote the cooperation between the two universities, carry out practical exchange visits and mutual learning activities, learn from each other and develop together.

      通过此次联盟学校交流活动，进一步为两校搭建了学习平台，增进合作交流，加强互相学习，提升管理水平，拉近了距离，增进了友谊、促进了共同进步与发展。两校将继续以此次活动为契机，在今后结伴而致远，共同奋进。

      Through the exchange activities of the alliance schools, the two schools have further built a learning platform to enhance cooperation and exchange, strengthen mutual learning, improve management level, narrow the distance, enhance friendship, and promote common progress and development.
