生活部皮德敏主管首先从巴学园自由的教学模式“生活化的教学”将“山的味道、海的味道”带进学校等内容进行分享，告诉老师们“生活即教育”，只要我们善学习很多有效的教育方法一定源于生活，鼓励老师们管理从细处着手。The supervisor of the Life Department, Pi Demin told teachers that "life is education".
