灌州·聚力|练习讲评求实效 研磨精进促发展 Post-exam Analysis Instruction

      新课程标准中提出教师要树立“教-学-评”一致性的整体育人观念。为了更有针对性、更有实效性地开展教育教学工作,促进教师反思教与学的策略,引导教师探索练习讲评的教学模式和方法,推进学科核心素养落地,全面提高教育教学质量,灌州小学通过“一课两讲”,开展了以评促学,以评促教的教师基本功训练之练习讲评课活动,此次活动以教研组为单位分别开展,全体语、数、外教师全员参与。

      The new curriculum standard proposes that teachers should set up the whole concept of educating people with the consistency of "teaching-learning-evaluation". In order to carry out education and teaching work in a more targeted and effective way, promote teachers to reflect on teaching and learning strategies, guide teachers to explore teaching modes and methods of practice and evaluation, promote the implementation of the core quality of subjects, and comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching, Guanzhou Primary School has carried out the practice and evaluation of teaching and learning by evaluation and basic skills training of teachers through "one lesson and two lectures". The activity was carried out by the teaching and research group respectively, and all the teachers of Chinese, mathematics and English participated.
      语文学科组老师们主要围绕“数据分析之上的阅读讲评”这一主题,结合学生们的练习分析,总结了学生普遍存在的问题,并制定相应策略,帮助学生分析错误原因,和学生共同寻找易错点,明确答题思路,起到很好的效果。

      The teachers of the Chinese subject group mainly focus on the theme of "Reading and commenting on data analysis", combined with the practice analysis of students, summed up the common problems of students, and formulated corresponding strategies to help students analyze the causes of errors, find the error-prone points together with students, and clarify the answer ideas, which has played a very good effect.


      数学学科组老师们主要通过分析本班学生的错误情况及存在的共性问题进行归纳、总结,讲评。通过提问、变式训练、课堂小游戏,解决了有关的应用问题。开放的问题设计,更凸显了某些知识点的重要性。通过讲评有效的培养了学生的数学建模意识、正逆向思维和思维的严谨性等能力。

      The teachers of mathematics subject group mainly summarize, summarize and comment on the mistakes and common problems of the students in this class. The application problems are solved by asking questions, variational training and classroom games. The open question design highlights the importance of some knowledge points. Through the evaluation, the students' mathematical modeling consciousness, positive and reverse thinking and thinking rigor and other abilities are effectively cultivated.


      英语学科组老师们主要根据各自班级的学情,对班级练习的答题情况进行了数据分析。通过分析,准确查找了练习中所反映的问题,指导学生进行了知识梳理,同时在答题策略上也给予了指导。在授课的过程中,既提升了学生的语言运用能力,也培养了学生的文化意识和思维品质。(图片14-20)

      活动结束后,各学科大组分别以大组教研的形式对此次活动进行了总结和点评,各学科相关负责人也对老师们讲评课过程中的优缺点作出了指导并提出相应的实施策略,马长俊校长则从学科整体的角度对各学科教师的常规教学提出了切实有效的策略建议和改进措施,同时也对老师们后期的教学提出了殷切的希望。

      “教-学-评”一体化设计确保了教学目标、学习活动和学习成效的一致性。此次练习讲评课活动,以培养学生学科素养为导向,不但充分发挥了学生学习的主体性,也促进了任课教师深度审视教学、调整教学策略,实现了运用评价结果促学、促教的目的。不积跬步无以至千里,对课堂教学的探索,我们将一如既往,永不停歇。
