为落实乡村振兴教育第七联盟的教学质量帮扶成效,根据“班级学生成长共同体”实施工作方案,我校结对教师围绕新课标理念,在日常教育教学中与向峨小学教师多种形式进行课堂教学和作业设计交流,将帮扶工作落到实处,促进教师共同发展。 Implementing the teaching quality assistance effectiveness of the Seventh Alliance for Rural Revitalization Education, our teachers focused on the new curriculum concept, and communicated with Xiang'e Primary School teachers in various forms of classroom teaching and homework design in daily education and teaching.
通过实时交流、视频会议、台账记录等方式结对教师实现三校教学资源同分享,教学策略同实施。我校结对教师与向峨小学教师共享各种教学材料、课件、作业设计、教学视频等资源,及时交流教学心得和经验,探讨教学方法和策略,及时了解学生的学习情况和反馈,以提高教学效果和学生的学习兴趣为出发点提供教学策略支撑。
Through real-time communication, video conferencing, ledger recording, and other methods, paired teachers can achieve the sharing of teaching resources and the implementation of teaching strategies among the three schools. Our school's paired teachers share various teaching materials, courseware, homework designs, teaching videos and other resources with Xiang'e Primary School teachers.
          
让我们以实际行动推进成长共同体工作,用优质资源助力乡村振兴教育联盟工作,推动义务教育均衡发展。
Let us take practical actions to promote the work of a growing community, use high-quality resources to assist the rural revitalization education alliance, and promote the balanced development of compulsory education.
