灌州·德育｜我校全面推行“亦师亦友”全员导师制活动 The Mentorship Activities

      为了践行立德树人的根本任务，推进育人方式的变革，实现从“教书”到“育人”的深沉转变，构建现代教育治理体系，促进学生德智体美劳全面发展，真正做到“全员育人、全面育人、全程育人”要求，深入落实都江堰市教育局关于《推进重点学生关爱行动的实施方案（试行）》的文件精神，营造有利于学生身心全面发展的教育环境，我校全面推行“亦师亦友”全员导师制活动。

      In order to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating moral character, promote the transformation of education methods. Deeply implement the document spirit of Dujiangyan Irrigation Project Municipal Education Bureau on the Implementation Plan create an educational environment conducive to the all-round physical and mental development of students, and our school comprehensively implements the "teacher and friend" tutorial system.

      启动仪式上，马长俊校长为大家解读了新时代背景下推行全员导师制的意义，强调了全员育人导师制对学校科学管理、促进学生主动持续发展的重要作用。他要求老师们要热心导师工作，要用良好的政治素质、高尚的师德修养、扎实广博的学识、体贴入微的深情、不厌其烦的耐心做学生的良师益友，要用最有温度的教育促进每一个学生健康快乐成长，真正成为学生人生道路上的珍贵向导。

      At the launch ceremony, Headmaster Ma Changjun explained the significance of implementing the full staff mentorship system in the new era, emphasizing the important role of the full staff mentorship system in scientific management of schools and promoting students' proactive and sustainable development. Teachers should use the most warm education to promote the healthy and happy growth of every student, truly becoming a precious guide on their life path.

      学生发展与指导中心叶体平主任在全员导师制工作启动会上，向老师们做了动员，并解读了《都江堰市灌州小学构建全员导师制的工作方案》，明确了导师制工作推进的要求和步骤，有序组织老师们扎实做好全员导师结对前的准备工作。

      Ye Tiping, director of the Student Development and Guidance Center, mobilized the teachers at the launching meeting of the tutorial system, clarified the requirements and steps for the promotion of the tutorial system, and orderly organized the teachers to make solid preparations for the pairing of all supervisors.

随心相遇 爱同行

      The mentors carefully wrote self introductions, showcasing different aspects.

      学校采用师生双向选择的模式，以“学生意愿和个性特长最优化”为师生匹配原则，通过前期师生双向选择，班主任、年级段调剂，每一位学生都如愿找到了自己心仪的导师。

      The school adopts a two-way selection model between teachers and students. That can let each student find their desired mentor as desired.

双向奔赴 情相伴

      在明媚秋日，导师和学员们终于迎来了第一次正式见面。导师与学生们或在教室，或在操场，或在图书馆等特色场馆中开启了一场随“心”相遇的双向奔赴。校园的每一个温馨角落，一起游戏，一起运动，一起阅读、一起分享彼此的兴趣爱好，在这暖阳秋日，大家在石榴树下尽享童年的快乐，拉近彼此距离！

      On a bright autumn day, the mentor and students finally welcomed their first formal meeting.

      教育是一场有温度的陪伴，只有当我们全方位地关注孩子，才能让他们的生命焕发出别样的光彩。“全员导师制”是师生的双向成长。愿每位导师都能成为孩子们追梦路上的明灯，照亮他们前行的道路。
