灌州·聚力｜教学视导促提升,精准把脉求突破 Teaching Guidance |

为精准把脉课堂教学，深入推进品质课堂建设，助力我校教育教学管理提升和教师专业化成长，10月30日至11月2日，我校课程发展与指导中心组织各学科大组长和骨干教师对四至六年级语、数、外学科分别进行了一次集体常规视导。 From October 30th to November 2nd, the Curriculum Development and Guidance Center of our school organized the leaders and backbone teachers of each subject to conduct a collective routine inspection of the subjects of language, mathematics and foreign languages for grades 4 to 6 from October 30th to November 2nd.此次视导主要通过听评课、教学“八认真”的常规检查、集体反馈交流等形式开展。视导小组分学科深入课堂全面了解师生课堂教与学的情况，目的就是为了更加精准的把脉课堂，助力教师专业成长，提高学生的课堂学习效率。 The inspection was mainly carried out in the form of listening to and evaluating classes, routine inspections of the "eight seriousness" of teaching, and collective feedback exchanges. 语文组

On the afternoon of November 2nd, the Curriculum Development and Guidance Center conducted a summary meeting in the conference room on the work of the visual guidance, and the leaders of each discipline put forward specific suggestions and improvement measures on the problems existing in the visual guidance.
This group inspection is not only a precise guidance and professional guidance for our subject teachers, but also makes the school more clear about the problems existing in teachers' classroom teaching and how to make up for the shortcomings.
