灌州·健康｜我校开展学生健康体检工作 Health Examination

      为了全面落实“健康第一”的教育理念，根据都江堰市教育局《2023年中小学生健康体检工作方案》的通知，由指定医院团队于2023年10月23-24日两天对我校二至六年级1600余名同学进行了全员的全面健康体检。

      On October 23-24, 2023, the students of Grade 2 to Grade 6 of our school had a comprehensive health examination.

      堰宝健康中心提前下发《学生健康体检表》，并指导班主任如何让学生填写和核对基本信息，再根据学校行政事务中心的统一调度按年级、班级顺序依次体检，整个体检过程秩序井然。

      Yanbao Health Center issued the Student Health Examination Form in advance, and instructed the head teacher how to let students fill in and check the basic information.Then the students are examined in turn.

      本次体检项目包括身高、体重、视力、龋齿、沙眼、血压、内外科检查及肺结核密切接触问询和症状筛查。体检现场，体检工作人员和蔼可亲，耐心细致，详细记录检查结果，并对部分学生提出合理的卫生保健意见。

      The physical examination items include height, weight, vision, dental caries, trachoma, blood pressure, medical and surgical examination, close contact inquiry and symptom screening of tuberculosis.

      每个班级体检结束，体检工作人员根据体检信息认真做好学生体检档案的归类与整理，并做出健康情况分析及材料汇总。及时把体检结果反馈给学校，各班班主任再把体检结果反馈到每个学生，并及时把体检情况与家长进行沟通交流，以便家长及时知晓孩子的健康状况，是否带孩子做进一步的健康复查、诊治等。

      At the end of each class physical examination, the physical examination staff carefully classified and sorted out the students' physical examination files according to the physical examination information, and made health analysis and material summary. The results of physical examination are fed back to the school，the head teachers and parents.
