灌州·均衡｜汇聚联盟之力，搭建学生成长共同体 Pooling the power of the alliance

      10月18日，乡村振兴教育第七联盟在向峨小学举行“班级学生成长共同体”及学校特色打造实施协议的签订。都江堰市教育局党组成员、纪检监察组组长李春，成都市常青树计划导师张则友、乡村振兴教育第七联盟三所学校的校长、行政人员及相关老师一起参加此次活动。

      李春组长提出，向峨小学是一所小而美的学校，要抓住乡村振兴教育联盟的契机，不断优化工作机制和管理细则；加强教师队伍的建设，找准小切口，将工作措施落到实处；通过龙头学校和学区结对学校的帮助以及此次协议的签订，促进学校教育教学发展。

      向峨小学孙春校长结合学校的现状及目前都江堰市乡村振兴教育第七联盟所开展的工作进行了简要的汇报。

      灌州小学、蒲阳小学老师与向峨小学各年级的27个学科教学班的老师签订了“班级学生成长共同体”三方协议，确定了结对任教学科的学业水平目标以及相关教研活动的规划开展。
