堰宝·体|我校开展一年级学生入校体质健康模拟测试 Physical Health Test

      为全面贯彻落实《国家学生体质健康标准》，牢固树立“健康第一”的教育理念，9月19日—20日下午阳光体育锻炼时段，我校开始对一年级全体学生进行体质健康模拟测试。    

      On the afternoon of September 19th to 20th, our school conducted a physical fitness simulation test on all first grade students.

      就本次一年级体质健康模拟测试工作，成立了专门的测试工作小组，制定实施方案，健全各项安全保障制度，并提前要求一年级体育教师充分利用体育课和大课间，积极组织学生练习，保证一年级新生能够熟悉测试流程及内容。

      A dedicated testing working group has been established for the simulation testing of first-year physical fitness and health, to develop an implementation plan to ensure that first-year students are familiar with the testing process and content.

      测试内容包括坐位体前屈、一分钟跳绳、50米三个运动项目。在各位班主任和搭班老师的有序引导参与下，测试中学生们秩序井然、态度认真，每一个项目都严格按照要求积极对待，展现出可爱阳光，积极拼搏的精神风貌。

      Each project is treated strictly and actively according to requirements, showcasing a cute, sunny, and hardworking spirit.

      测试结束后，体育组老师积极对各班学生数据进行统计分析，并将数据以及建议形成文档发送至全体家长。

      After the test, the physical teachers actively conducted statistical analysis on the data of each class's students and sent the data and suggestions as a document to all parents.

      通过本次模拟体测，不仅能让老师和家长对一年级学生体质健康状况有一个全面客观的了解，还能让一年级学生熟悉国家中小学生体质健康测试的测试方法和内容，有利于学生在今后的体育活动中进行针对性的练习。

      Through this simulated physical test, first grade students are familiarized with the testing methods and content of the national physical health test for primary and secondary school students, which is beneficial for students to engage in targeted exercises in future sports activities.
