灌州·视导｜一年级教育教学常规视导Teaching Guidance Activities

      为深入推进学校教学管理规范化，在落实国家“双减”政策、立德树人的教育目标的同时，夯实新课标下的课堂教学，扎实课堂常规管理，特别是加强对一年级老师的业务教育水平的指导与监测，根据学校的工作计划，于9月25日——27日对一年级进行了全面视导。

      In order to further promote the standardization of school teaching management, while implementing the national "double reduction" policy and the educational goal of cultivating morality and talent, we have also strengthened classroom teaching under the new curriculum standards, strengthened classroom routine management, and particularly strengthened guidance and monitoring of the professional education level of first grade teachers. According to the school's work plan, comprehensive guidance was conducted for first grade teachers from September 25th to 27th.

      The guiding principle of this visit is to effectively improve the class management and subject teaching level of teachers, and develop their professional literacy. By delving deeper into grades, classes, and approaching students, we aim to understand the management of teachers' classes and the status of subject teaching. We use "vision" to promote standardization and "guidance" to promote progress, promoting faster growth for each teacher, helping children adapt to primary school life faster, and developing good habits.
