      In order to improve the studio members' understanding of the new curriculum standards and deepen their reflection on education and teaching ideas, on September 15, the teaching research of Wang Xiaohua’s teacher studio was held in our school, and Jiang Peishan, an art teaching and research member of Dujiangyan also attended it.

      首先，老师们对上学期的工作进行了细致的回顾与总结，并对本期的重要工作进行了解读。他们就实际教学中遇到的一些难题，分享了自己的经验和见解，王晓华老师对老师们的问题逐一进行解答，并为他们提供了有益的思考方向。

      First of all, the teachers summarized the work of the last semester, and interpreted the important work of this period. They shared their own experience and insights on some problems encountered in actual teaching. Teacher Wang Xiaohua answered the teachers' questions one by one and provided them with useful thinking directions

      其次，王晓华老师向各位老师介绍了对当前美术课堂的新要求，提出以考核的方式来激励各位老师不断成长。

      Secondly, teacher Wang Xiaohua introduced the new requirements for the current art class and proposed to encourage teachers to grow continuously by evaluation.

      本次活动为各位老师搭建了一个互相学习、交流分享以及共同进步的平台，展现了名师的引领作用。我们坚信，在名师的指导下，工作室的每位老师定能有所收获，将所学所思应用于教学实践，为提升教育质量做出积极的贡献。

      This activity built a platform for teachers to learn from each other, communicate and share, and make progress together, showing the leading role of famous teachers. We firmly believe that under the guidance of famous teachers, every teacher in the studio will gain something, apply what they have learned to teaching practice, and make positive contributions to improving the quality of education.
