每一个孩子都需要被爱

      为全面推进我校心理健康教育工作，提升我校教师团队对心理健康重要性的认识，帮助教师建立良好的情绪，丰富学校心理健康课堂，构建更加完善的心理工作体系。2023年暑假，我校教师积极参加各种心理健康教育培训活动。

      In order to promote mental health education in our school, our teachers actively participated in various mental health education training activities during the summer holiday of 2023.

      白柯老师参加都江堰市教育局主办的《学校心理健康教育座谈会》。在本次座谈会上，获得了更多关于如何开展学校心理工作的思路。

      TeacherBai Ke participated in the symposium hosted by Dujiangyan Municipal Education Bureau.

      白柯老师参加北京大学徐凯文博士团队的《大儒心理青少年心理危机干预专业人才培训项目》。通过第一模块为期四天的培训，了解到更透彻的青少年危机现状以及背后的成因，学习和掌握了更多处理危机情境的技巧，以及危机干预者自身该如何做好心理维护等。

      Mr Baike's four-day training provides a better understanding of adolescent psychological crisis and how to better intervene and deal with it.

      班主任参加《成都市中小学心理健康教育专题培训视频会》，了解到青少年心理问题的识别与处理、学校心理危机干预策略、学生适应性教育的意义、班级管理方法以及家校沟通的技巧等。

      Through this training, headteachers learnt more about the identification and handling of psychological problems of adolescents, classroom management methods as well as home-school communication skills.

      白柯老师参加《心理健康教育——与自己相会，心理自我关护与成长》讲座。孟鸿沁老师以幽默的方式向老师们分享了个体应急情况下的身心反应以及情绪ABC理论、运动、OH卡技术等自我关怀的方法。）

      Mr Pak Ko attended the lecture on "Mental Health Education - Meeting with Yourself, Psychological Self-Care and Growth".

      全体教职员工参加《教师心理危机干预培训》讲座。白柯老师以拒绝焦虑入手呼吁老师们一定要关注自身心理状态，同时通过案例向老师们介绍了心理危机的定义、种类和干预程序以及一些方便有效的情绪调节方式和开学调试技巧，并向老师们公布了心理援助热线和都江堰市个体公益咨询服务等联系方式。）

      All teaching staff attended the lecture on "Psychological Crisis Intervention Training for Teachers". TeacherBai Ke started with the rejection of anxiety and called on teachers to pay attention to their own psychological state.

      经过这一系列的培训，让我校教职员工拓宽了今后心理健康工作的思路，不仅能有效的提升教师的心理教育素养，还能促进学校进一步规范校园干预的长效机制，建立和完善校园心理危机干预系统。心理健康教育，任重而道远。但灌小教师必将把培训所得内化于心、外化于行，充分运用到今后的心理健康教育实践中，构建平安和谐校园。

      After this series of trainings, our teachers will surely apply what they learnt from the trainings to their future practice of mental health education and build a safe and harmonious campus.
