堰宝·融｜都江堰市灌州小学校2023年5·25心理健康节活动Mental Health Festival Activities

      为贯彻落实教育部等17部门联合印发的《新时代学生心理健康工作专项行动计划（2023-2025年）》，深入开展心理健康教育科普，帮助学生缓解压力，提升心理保健意识和心理健康水平，营造积极乐观平和的校园心理氛围。围绕“525我爱我”全国心理健康日，我校心理中心于2023年5月8日开始组织开展了“发现美好，悦纳自我”的心理健康月主题活动。

      In order to implement the "Special Action Plan for Student Mental Health Work in the New Era (2023-2025)" jointly issued by 17 departments including the Ministry of Education, we will carry out in-depth popularization of mental health education, help students alleviate stress, enhance their awareness of mental health care and mental health level, and create a positive, optimistic, and peaceful campus psychological atmosphere. Around the National Mental Health Day of "525 I Love Me", our school's psychological center began organizing the theme activity of "Discovering Beauty and Accepting Self" on May 8, 2023.

      用绘画的形式表达在学习生活中，自己经历或看到他人遇到成长、学习、人际交往的困扰时，是如何自我调节的。

生命教育主题班会

      充分利用班会、晨会时间从交通安全、校园安全、食品安全、用电安全、活动安全、疾病安全、防震安全、居家安全、防溺安全等方面对学生进行生命教育，鼓励同学间互相监督，规范日常行为，提高学生自我约束的自觉性和主动性。
