灌州·安全｜应急有方 临“震”不慌The Earthquake Drill in Our School

      2023年5月12日是我国第15个全国防灾减灾日，为进一步加强学校安全教育管理工作，使全校师生掌握应急避灾的正确方法，提高师生防灾减灾应急疏散及自救自护能力，5月12日上午，我校开展应急有方 临“震”不慌 ——防震减灾疏散演练。

      On May 12, 2023, it was the 15th National Day for Disaster Prevention and Reduction in China. In order to further strengthen school safety education and management, enable all teachers and students to master the correct methods of emergency disaster avoidance. Our school conducted an emergency response drill called 'earthquake prevention and disaster reduction evacuation' on the morning of May 12.

      在演练开始之前，全校开展了以“防灾减灾”为主题的安全教育班会。各班老师以讲解、PPT演示、观看讲解小视频等多种形式向学生讲解防地震、避险常识及疏散演练时的注意事项，教育学生掌握自救的基本技能。

      Before the drill began, the entire school held a safety education class meeting with the theme of "disaster prevention and reduction". Teachers in each class provided students with various forms of explanations, PPT demonstrations and watching instructional videos to explain earthquake prevention, risk avoidance knowledge, and precautions during evacuation drills, educating students to master the basic skills of self rescue.

      随着第一次警报声的发出，防震演练正式开始！在老师的引导与帮助下，孩子们就近躲避，低头弯腰、双手护头蹲在桌下、墙角等安全区进行紧急避险，尽量蜷曲身体，降低身体重心，并尽可能保护头部。

      With the first alarm sound, the earthquake prevention drill officially began! With the guidance and assistance of the teacher, the children took refuge nearby, bending their heads and hands protecting their heads while squatting under the table or in safe areas such as corners for emergency evacuation.

      在听到“地震警报”信号结束后，老师们按照指定路线，安全有序指挥同学们从教室撤离到操场上指定集合点。短短3分钟内，同学们有序疏散到操场，2000多名师生全部安全撤离。

      After hearing the "earthquake warning" signal, the teachers followed the designated route and instructed the students to evacuate safely and orderly from the classroom to the designated assembly point on the playground. In just 3 minutes, the students were orderly evacuated to the playground, and over 2000 teachers and students were safely evacuated

      学生发展与指导中心叶主任充分肯定了全体师生在本次演练活动中避险规范、疏散有序的表现，并强调了常态化演练的重要性。

      Director Ye of the Student Development and Guidance Center fully affirmed the performance of all teachers and students in avoiding danger and orderly evacuation during this exercise and emphasized the importance of normalized exercises.

      通过本次地震应急疏散演练暨防灾减灾宣讲活动，不仅提升了师生的紧急避险和自救自护能力，还积累了集体疏散、应急逃生的实战经验。今后学校将继续做好安全教育管理工作，以常态化的应急演练活动筑牢校园安全防线，构建平安校园。

      In the future, the school will continue to do a good job in safety education and management, strengthen the campus safety defense line with normalized emergency drills, and build a safe campus.
