灌州·均衡｜我校教师赴康定市宜代小学、回民小学支教献课 Volunteer teaching in Kangding

      为深入推进都江堰市、康定市两地学校“资源共享、优势互补、共促成长”，2023年5月15～17日，我校教师发展中心李书主任以及邓兰、伍建强、叶轩君三位骨干教师赴甘孜州康定市宜代小学和回民小学开展了语文、数学、体育送教助学活动及工作交流，三位教师分别在五年级和三年级献课。在送教活动中，灌州小学的老师们和宜代小学、回民小学的师生们一起上了课，交流了经验，共同度过了愉快而有意义的时光。

      In order to further promote "resource sharing, complementary strengths and growth" between schools in Dujiangyan and Kangding, Li Shu, Director of the Teacher Development Centre of our school, and three key teachers, Deng Lan, Wu Jianqiang and Ye Xuanjun, went to the Yidai Primary School and the Hui Min Primary School in Kangding, Ganzi, from 15 to 17 May 2023. From 15 to 17 May 2023, the Director of our Teacher Development Centre, Li Shu, and three teachers, Deng Lan, Wu Jianqiang and Ye Xuanjun, went to Yidai Primary School and Hui Min Primary School in Kangding, Ganzi Prefecture, to carry out teaching and work exchange activities in language, mathematics and physical education. The teachers from the primary school, Yidai Primary School and Huimin Primary School had an enjoyable and meaningful time together as they taught and exchanged experiences.

Ms. Deng Lan presented the topic "Ideas and methods of integrating special activities into the large classroom".

      不仅如此，在新课标教育理念的推动下，我校与宜代小学、回民小学顺利缔结了教研联盟学校，并完成了签约仪式。三所小学的教师还进行了互动交流，分享了各自教学经验和做法，并共同探讨了未来的合作方向。大家都一致认为，这次签约开创了三所学校间深度互动的先河，将进一步增强教育水平和教学推广能力。

      Not only that, but with the promotion of the new curriculum education concept, our school successfully concluded a teaching and research alliance school with Yidai Primary School and Huimin Primary School and completed the signing ceremony. Teachers from the three primary schools also interacted with each other, sharing their teaching experiences and practices and discussing the future direction of cooperation. All agreed that the signing had created a precedent for deep interaction between the three schools, which would further enhance the standard of education and the ability to promote teaching.

      本次赴康定支教助学活动中，我校履行了自己的社会责任和担当，送教团队专业务实，送教老师勤勉认真、当地学校领导和老师热情好学。本次支教活动不仅仅是一次教育帮扶，更是一次深深的友谊展示，这让我们相信，两地的教育情谊会更加深厚，两地的教育一定会更上一层楼。

      In this activity, our school has fulfilled its social responsibility and commitment, with a professional and pragmatic teaching team, diligent and conscientious teachers, enthusiastic local school leaders and teachers. This teaching activity is not only an educational support, but also a deep friendship demonstration, which makes us believe that the educational friendship between the two places will be more profound and the education of the two places will definitely go to the next level.
