灌州·健康｜调节心态谱写新篇章，聚焦目标开启新征程 Psychological Lectures

      2023年5月11下午，教育部国培专家、四川省骨干教师、华中师大硕士生导师、高级心理咨询师华黄来教授莅临我校，为六年级的孩子带来了一堂生动有趣却又发人深省的心理讲座。

      On the afternoon of May 11, 2023, Professor Hua Huanglai, a national training expert from the Ministry of Education, a backbone teacher from Sichuan Province, a master's supervisor at Huazhong Normal University, and a senior psychological counselor, visited our school and brought a lively, interesting, yet thought-provoking psychological lecture to sixth grade children.

      活动中，华教授用一个个鲜活有趣的事例，寓教于乐的游戏，引导孩子们学会换位思考，学会自我激励、自我调节，进而向着自己的目标而努力。

      During the activity, Professor Hua used vivid and interesting examples and a game of teaching and entertainment to guide children to learn how to empathize, motivate and regulate themselves, and then strive towards their own goals.
