灌州·聚力｜都江堰乡村振兴第七联盟教研活动Rural Revitalization Alliance Activity

      2023年3月，都江堰市组建了乡村振兴教育联盟，进一步改善农村小规模学校办学条件，稳定教育教学秩序，提升学校综合办学水平，促进学生发展、教师发展、学校发展，办老百姓家门口的好学校。

      In March 2023, Dujiangyan City established the Rural Revitalization Education Alliance to further improve the conditions of small-scale rural schools, stabilize the order of education and teaching, improve the comprehensive level of school running, promote the development of students, teachers and schools, and build good schools in front of people's homes.

      为加强教育联盟校际之间的交流与合作，扎实推进乡村振兴第七联盟的相关工作，提高城区学校对小规模学校工作的针对性与实效性。4月20日，作为都江堰市乡村振兴第七教育联盟龙头学校，马长俊校长携我校质量监控中心团队和中小学教育研究室张主任、教研员李嘉雯、以及学区结对学校蒲阳小学教师到向峨学校进行教育教学指导和互动交流。

      In order to strengthen the exchange and cooperation between schools of the education alliance, on April 20, as the leading school of the Seventh Education Alliance of Dujiangyan Rural revitalization, Principal Ma Changjun led the quality control center team of our school and the director of primary and middle school education research office Zhang Wanlong and Li Jiwen, as well as the teachers of the school district's pair school Puyang Primary school to Xiang’e School for teaching guidance and interaction.

      教研室教研员，我校质量监控中心团队和蒲阳小学教师深入课堂，聆听了四节随堂课，其中包含语文，数学，英语以及综合。The teachers went deep into the classroom and listened to four lessons, including Chinese, math, English and general.

      课后，老师们针对第一节的听课情况进行了深入的交流，并提出了意见和建议。

      After class, the teachers had an in-depth discussion on the first class and put forward their opinions and suggestions.

      老师们又认真翻看了向峨小学老师的教学设计和学生作业，并有针对性地进行了交流，分享了经验与方法。

      The teachers carefully looked at the teaching design and student homework, and targeted exchanges, sharing experience and methods.

      集中座谈环节，教研室教研员和我校质量监控中心老师重点围绕各学科如何提升教育教学质量提出了许多建设性意见。The teachers put forward many constructive suggestions on how to improve the quality of education and teaching in each subject.

      针对向峨小学的现实情况，马校长提出以下建议：创新教研形式，确保教研有效；明确学习任务，做到有的放矢；建立学习小组，养成自主学习；加强家校链接，做实协同育人。  

    Principal Ma proposed the following suggestions: Innovate teaching and research forms to ensure effective teaching and research; Clear learning tasks, to achieve targeted; Establish study group, develop independent study; Strengthen the link between home and school, do real collaborative education.

      最后，教研室张主任充分肯定了此次三校联盟教研活动，认为大家提出意见和建议是能落地，能实施，并能够见效的，并表示十分赞成马校长聚焦学业质量为工作重点的思路。张主任提出要继续围绕以评价改革促进教学改革，提高教学质量，努力探索课堂教学、作业布置与批改、校本教研以及评价工作四个方面的改进。

      Finally, Director Zhang of the Teaching and Research Office fully affirmed the teaching and research activities of the three schools alliance, that everyone's opinions and suggestions can be landed, can be implemented, and can be effective, and expressed his strong support for the idea of focusing on academic quality as the focus of work. Director Zhang proposed to continue to focus on evaluation reform to promote teaching reform, improve teaching quality, strive to explore the classroom teaching, assignment and correction, school-based teaching and research and evaluation of four aspects of the improvement.

      此次活动是都江堰市乡村振兴第七教育联盟的第三次教研专题活动，也是深入教育教学质量提升的关键一环。接下来，联盟成员学校间将长期、深入、全面地开展一系列帮扶活动。相信通过共建共享，一定能促进联盟成员学校向峨小学管理提质增效，办学水平上档升级。

      This activity is the third teaching and research thematic activity of the Seventh Education Alliance for Rural revitalization of Dujiangyan City, and it is also a key link of in-depth education and teaching quality improvement. Next, the alliance member schools will carry out a series of long-term, in-depth and comprehensive support activities. We believe that through joint construction and sharing, we will be able to promote the alliance member schools to the lofty primary school management to improve the quality and efficiency, the level of schooling file upgrade.
