生活部先进工作经验分享交流会

      为全面建设高品质学校，响应学校提质行动计划，2023年4月20日下午我校开展了生活部先进工作经验分享交流会。

      On the afternoon of April 20, 2023, our school held an experience exchange meeting of the Ministry of Life.

      此次分享交流会，由生活部巫登艳老师从“制定、执行、沟通、用心”四个方面进行分享交流：“无规矩不成方圆”、“事情虽小，重在细节”、“实践为主，身体力行”、“善于发现、善于引导”，从而实现真正的“让爱住进心里”。

      Wu Dengyan, a teacher from the Ministry of Life, shared from four aspects of formulation, implementation, communication and intention.

      “做一行就要爱一行”，用心去关心孩子们的身心健康，用心去做好自己分内的工作，用心去和家长建立良好的关系。真诚、平等地对待孩子和家长是家校合力的有力基石。

      We need to care about children's physical and mental health, do our own work well, and establish a good relationship with parents. Sincere and equal treatment of children and parents is a powerful cornerstone of home-school cooperation.

       “教育即生活”，能落到实处的工作分享，不仅让大家在工作实操中可借鉴，也可促思考。用身教去感染学生，用言传去引导学生，让学生时时感受到老师的关爱，处处感受到“第二个家”的温暖，助力孩子健康成长。

      We need to set a good example in our words and deeds. Let students feel the care of teachers from time to time, feel the warmth of second home everywhere, and help children grow up healthily.

      最后，于燕主任就今天的会议进行了总结，并再次提醒生活老师在日常工作中要注重细节，关心爱护学生，耐心、细心呵护每一个学生。在工作和生活中处处学习、终身学习，在孩子的成长中享受灌小生活老师的幸福。

      Finally, Yu Yan summarized this meeting, and reminded life teachers to pay attention to details in their daily work, be patient with and care for each students.
