      为深入推进学校教学管理规范化，在落实国家“双减”政策、立德树人的教育目标的同时，夯实新课标下的课堂教学，扎实课堂常规管理，特别是加强对一年级老师的业务教育水平的指导与监测，根据学校的工作计划，于4月18日对一年级进行了全面视导。

      In order to further promote the standardization of school teaching management, consolidate classroom routine management, and especially strengthen guidance and monitoring of the professional education level of first grade teachers, comprehensive guidance was conducted on April 18th according to the school's work plan.

      本次视导活动，以切实提高老师的班级管理和学科教学水平，发展教师的专业素养为原则，通过深入年级、班级、走进学生等方式，了解老师们班级管理和学科教学状况，为今后学校工作的开展积累经验，以促进每位老师更快成长。

      This visual guidance activity aims to effectively improve the class management and subject teaching level of teachers, develop their professional literacy as the principle, and understand the class management and subject teaching status of teachers by delving into grades, classes, and entering students, in order to accumulate experience for future school work and promote faster growth of each teacher.

      “路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”。灌州小学校将全面夯实教育教学管理，直面问题，深耕实作，精研作业抓设计，减负增效提质量，省思问道，务实潜行。
