      4月12日，都江堰市灌州小学进行了一场以“精心设计学习活动有效推进单元教学”为主题的培训会。本次培训会旨在帮助教师们更好地规划和实施单元教学，并在优化学习活动设计方面取得更好的效果。

      On April 12, We held a training with the theme of "Carefully designed learning activities Effectively promote unit teaching". The aim of this training is to help teachers better plan and implement unit teaching and to achieve better results in optimizing the design of learning activities.

      在培训会上，上海市特级教师章建文就单元主题的确定、学习活动的设计、评价机制的建立和教师团队合作等方面进行热烈讨论。他认为，精心设计学习活动是提高单元教学效果的关键，通过组织多种形式的学习活动，可以激发学生的学习兴趣，提高教学效果。本次培训会吸引了全校语文教师的广泛关注，大家积极参加，共同探讨如何提高教学效果，培养学生的学习能力和综合素质。

      At the training meeting, Zhang Jianwen, a special grade teacher in Shanghai, had a heated discussion on the determination of unit theme, the design of learning activities, the establishment of evaluation mechanism and teacher team cooperation. In his opinion, well-designed learning activities are the key to improve unit teaching effect. By organizing various forms of learning activities, students' interest in learning can be stimulated and teaching effect can be improved. This training attracted wide attention from our Chinese teachers . They actively participated in the training and discussed how to improve the teaching effect and cultivate students' learning ability and comprehensive quality.

      我校一直致力于提高教学质量，此次培训会为全体教师提供了一个重要的机会，通过共同交流和研究，将进一步优化教育教学的发展策略，不断提升学校的教育水平，让广大家长和社会各界对我校在教育教学方面的满意度更高。

      We always concentrate efforts on improving the quality of teaching. This training provided an important opportunity for all teachers to further optimize the development strategy of education and teaching through joint communication and research, and continuously improve the level of education of the school, so that the  parents and the community are satisfied with our education and teaching.
