堰宝·体｜你好，我的青春期 Hello, Adolescence

      为引导学生正确、及时了解青春期健康知识，树立健康向上的良好心态，增强自我保护意识，2022年4月6日下午，我校心理教师白柯老师为五年级全体学生作“你好，我的青春期”性教育讲座，本次讲座共分为男生和女生两个专场。

      On April 6, 2022, Bai Ke, a psychological teacher of our school, gave a lecture “Hello, Adolescence” for all the fifth grade students. This lecture was divided into two special sessions for boys and girls.

      在女生专场中，我校心理教师白柯老师用通俗易懂的语言，为同学们讲述了青春期心理变化的特点，提醒同学们自知、自爱、自律、健康安全度过青春期，并分享了自我心理调适的小秘诀。随后向同学们讲述了关于“性侵害”的相关知识。

      For girls, teacher told the students about the characteristics of adolescent psychological changes in plain and easy-to-understand language, reminded them of self-awareness, self-love, self-discipline, health and safety, and shared the tips of self-psychological adjustment. Then she told the students about the relevant knowledge of sexual abuse.

      在男生专场中，白柯老师首先以游戏的方式进入主题，向同学们介绍了青春期自我脾气有效调节等相关知识，同学们围绕这个话题讲述了自己的感受。

      For boys, Bai Ke first entered the theme in the form of a game, introducing to the students the relevant knowledge of effective self-temper regulation in adolescence, and the students told their feelings around this topic.

      青春期是孩子们成长道路上美好的一段经历，正确的教育是陪伴他们成长的重要之举。通过这次讲座，教会学生科学的性知识，培养正确的性观念和健康的性心理，养成良好的意志品质，塑造完整健全的人格。

      Through this lecture, we can teach students scientific sexual knowledge, cultivate correct sexual concepts and healthy sexual psychology, develop good will quality, and shape a complete and sound personality.
