灌州·聚力｜成华区庄昭燕、张家明名师工作室和马长俊名师工作室举行联合研讨活动Teaching and Research

      云烟轻卷，草木微摇，杨柳吐翠，樱桃始红。这是一个雨润万物，奋力生长的时节。为更好地发挥名师工作室在教育教学及教师专业发展等方面的示范、引领和辐射作用，增进名师工作室之间教研合作与交流，2023年3月31日，由成都市成华区庄昭燕名师工作室、成都市成华区张家明名师工作室主办，都江堰市马长俊语文名师工作室承办的“学科核心素养在课堂教学中的落实与体现”联合教研活动在都江堰市灌州小学校举行。庄昭燕名师工作室、张家明名师工作室、马长俊名师工作室的领衔人庄昭燕、张家明、马长俊带领工作室成员、灌州小学语文老师参加了本次活动。

      In order to give full play to the exemplary, leading and radiating role of the master teacher studio in education, teaching and professional development of teachers, the teaching and research cooperation and exchanges between the master teacher studio are enhanced. On March 31, 2023, the joint teaching and research activity of "Implementation and Embodiment of Subject Core Literacy in Classroom Teaching" sponsored by Zhuang Zhaoyan Famous Teachers' Studio in Chenghua District of Chengdu and Zhang Jiaming Famous Teachers' Studio in Chenghua District of Chengdu and undertaken by Dujiangyan Ma Changjun Famous Chinese Teachers' Studio was held in Dujiangyan Guanzhou Primary School. Zhuang Zhaoyan, Zhang Jiaming and Ma Changjun, leaders of Zhuang Zhaoyan Famous Teacher Studio, Zhang Jiaming Famous Teacher Studio and Ma Changjun Famous Teacher Studio, led studio members and Chinese teachers of Guanzhou Primary School to participate in this activity.

      来自成华区教科院附小的鲁云凤老师首先为我们带来了一堂生动的三年级语文示范课课《守株待兔》。   老师以“学科核心素养在课堂中的落实与体现”为设计宗旨，以任务为导向，以学生活动为载体，通过朗读、体会、表演等形式推进课堂教学，课堂教学亮点突出，精彩纷呈。

      Ms. Lu Yunfeng from the Primary School attached to Chenghua School of Education and Science first brought us a vivid demonstration of the third grade Chinese lesson "Waiting for a Rabbit".

      随后来自工作室的老师们对课堂进行了点评，充分肯定了鲁老师的教学模式，同时也提出了自己的看法和建议。

      Then the teachers from the studio made comments on the class, fully affirmed Mr. Lu's teaching model, and also put forward their own views and suggestions.

      教而不言则浅，研而不教则空。

      工作室领衔人庄昭燕分享了《让核心素养落地，为知识运用赋能》的专题讲座。庄校长从“什么是核心素养”、“什么是学科核心素养”、“语文学科核心素养”、“核心素养在课堂教学中的落实与体现”四个方面带领了参会老师深入地理解了核心素养和语文课堂的关系，让老师在课堂中落实培养学生核心素养指明了方向。

      工作室领衔人张家明分享了《核心素养与学科核心素养》的专题讲座。张校长从核心素养的概念开始解读，到核心素养的意义和价值，再到核心素养在课堂中的集中体现，深入浅出地为老师们解读核心素养，让老师们建立学生学为本的教学理念，树立主动发展学生核心素养的意识。

      工作室领衔人张家明分享了《核心素养与学科核心素养》的专题讲座。张校长从核心素养的概念开始解读，到核心素养的意义和价值，再到核心素养在课堂中的集中体现，深入浅出地为老师们解读核心素养，让老师们建立学生学为本的教学理念，树立主动发展学生核心素养的意识。

      最后工作室领衔人马长俊就新课程标准出发，关注学生核心素养的发展，学习是否真正在课堂中发生，给学生更多思维的支架，课堂中以问题为驱动，引导学生学习的主动发生，但也不能忘记小学语文的基础知识的积累和基本技能的提升。最后马校长希望工作室之间能在以后共享共建，促进学科素养在课堂中的落实与体现。

      Finally, Ma Changjun, the studio leader, starts from the new curriculum standards, focuses on the development of students' core qualities, whether learning really happens in the classroom, and gives students more support for thinking. In the classroom, the problem is driven, guiding students to learn actively, but we should not forget the accumulation of basic knowledge and basic skills of primary school Chinese.

      路虽远，行则将至；事虽难，做则必成。本次会议为大家搭建了一个交流、研讨、学习、提升的有效学习机会，今后会不断加强学习，提升自身专业素养，并将新课标元素润物细无声地融入教学过程中，真正实现全员全过程全方位育人。心中有远景，眼中有目标，携手奋进，迈向诗意的教育远方。

      This conference has set up an effective learning opportunity for everyone to exchange, discuss, study and improve. In the future, we will continue to strengthen learning, improve our professional quality, and integrate the elements of the new curriculum standard into the teaching process, so as to truly realize the all-round education of the whole process.
