
3月25日下午,我校叶体平主任在都江堰市2023德育干培训中以《以备无患 落地见效》为题就我校对突发事件应急处理的实践与思考进行现场交流,经验归纳清晰,案例贴切,具有可借鉴性。
In the afternoon of March 25th, Ye Tiping, director of our school, conducted a field exchange on the practice and thinking of our school's emergency handling in the 2023 moral Education training in Dujiangyan with the title of "Better safe than sorry for safe and effective". The experience was clearly summarized and the case was appropriate, which can be used for reference.
 
提高认识
学校安全无小事。近年来我校坚持“以学生为中心”,牢固树立“生命至上,健康第一”的理念,坚持“家长的事最急,学生的事最大”的思想,以此作为学校所有工作的指导思想。

建立机制
  
落实“心防”

虽然只有万分之一的突发事件的概率,但是我们还是要做到百分之百的准备。
Although there is only a one in ten thousand chance of an emergency, we still have to be 100 percent prepared.
制定机制

“凡事预则立,不预则废”,为了使随时不期而遇的突发事件得到有效处理,学校未雨绸缪,绝不临渴掘井,先后制定20多个应急预案,保证制度先行。
In order to effectively deal with unexpected emergencies at any time, the school has made more than 20 emergency plans to ensure that the system is first.
加强学习

学校保证流程机制进头脑,将建立的各种机制流程印制成册,多途径让教职工知晓流程和方法。
The school ensures that the process mechanism into the mind, will establish a variety of mechanisms and processes printed books, multiple ways to let the staff know the process and methods.
反复演练

演练成常态,事发才不乱。人人知晓流程和职责。
Practice as normal, the incident is not chaos. Everyone knows the process and responsibilities.
反思提升

每一次演练之后,都要进行反思总结,对原来的机制流程再次进行修改提升,确保越来越科学。
After each drill, I would reflect on the summary, modify and improve the original mechanism process again, to ensure more and more scientific.
安全重于泰山,只有有效预防和控制学校突发公共事件的发生,最大限度降低突发事件的危害,切实保障师生生命及学校财产的安全,才能维护教育教学秩序的稳定。
Safety is the most important.Only by effectively preventing and controlling the occurrence of public emergencies in schools, minimizing the harm of emergencies, effectively guaranteeing the safety of teachers and students' lives and school property, can we maintain the stability of education and teaching order.
