Project Opening Report Meeting

      为贯彻落实党的二十大精神，破解教学成果推广应用难题，共建高品质学校，服务教育强省建设，2023年3月26日，“新时代高品质学校建设成果的深化与推广研究”开题报告会暨子课题研讨活动在成都金苹果锦城第一中学顺利举行。总课题组、子课题单位、项目实验学校、工作室成员单位近400人参加了此次活动。我校党支部书记、校长马长俊作为总课题组主研人员参加了论证会。

      In order to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, solve the difficulties in the promotion and application of teaching achievements, jointly build high-quality schools, and serve the construction of a strong education province, on March 26, 2023, the opening report meeting and sub topic discussion activity of "Deepening and Promoting the Construction Achievements of High Quality Schools in the New Era" was successfully held in Chengdu Golden Apple Jincheng No.1 Middle School. Nearly 400 people from the general project team, sub project units, project experimental schools, and studio member units participated in this activity. Ma Changjun, secretary of the Party branch and principal of our university, participated in the demonstration meeting as the main researcher of the general research group.

PART 1

回顾成果，持续发力

      研讨活动在总课题组前一轮核心成果的主题分享中开始。课题组负责人《教育科学论坛》编辑部崔勇主任携三位主研分别从系统建构、校长理念、建设方法、党建引领等角度切入，全面介绍了高品质学校建设已经取得的成果。

      “高品质学校建设的探索与实践”为2018年全省普教十个重大课题之一，成果获得2022年发布的省级教学成果特等奖。介绍不仅让子课题增进了对既有成果的了解，同时也说明了本轮“深化与推广”的基础和经验。

      "Exploration and Practice of High Quality School Construction" was one of the ten major topics of provincial popular education in 2018, and its achievement won the Grand prize of Provincial Teaching Achievement released in 2022. The introduction not only allowed the sub-project to improve understanding of the existing results, but also explained the basis and experience of this round of "deepening and extending".

认准方向，再次启航

      随后，进行了2022年底刚刚成功立项为全省重点课题的“新时代高品质学校建设成果的深化与推广研究”开题论证会。

      Subsequently, the opening discussion meeting of "Deepening and Promoting the Achievements of high-quality School Construction in the New Era" was held, which was just successfully approved as a provincial key project by the end of 2022.

      四川省教育科学研究院党总支书记、副院长（主持工作）廖德斌出席会议并讲话。他强调，“高品质学校建设”已经取得一些成果，后续的研究，一定要坚持“办好人民满意教育的学校行动”的定位，把握好建设的重要意义和内涵特征，引领理念更新，发挥教科研的积极作用，应用好优秀教学成果，为教育事业最新的政策提倡和改革动向提供抓手，提供工具。

      Liao Debin, General Party Branch Secretary and Vice President of Sichuan Institute of Education Sciences, attended the meeting and made a speech.

      随后专家组听取了课题组开题相关情况的汇报，并就开题的关键问题进行了评审和论证。

      Then the expert group listened to the report of the relevant situation of the research group's proposal, and the key issues of the proposal were reviewed and demonstrated.

      最终专家组罗哲教授汇总专家组意见，同意开题，并给出“任重道远，砥砺前行”的寄语。

      In the end, Professor Luo Zhe summed up the opinions of the expert group, agreed to the proposal, and gave a message of "arduous task, forge ahead".

      本次活动的成功举办，重点解决了重大科研成果“怎样才算深化与推广”、“深化与推广什么”和“如何深化与推广”的问题，四川新时代高品质学校建设将翻开新的篇章。同时我校高品质学校建设研究也随着课题研究的深入与成果的推广踏上了新征程。

      The successful holding of this activity focuses on solving the problems of "how to deepen and promote", "What to deepen and promote" and "how to deepen and promote" of major scientific research achievements, and will open a new chapter in the construction of high-quality schools in the new era of Sichuan. At the same time, the research on the construction of high quality school in our school has embarked on a new journey with the deepening of the research and the promotion of the results.
