灌州·聚力｜我校召开三月教学反思工作会议Teaching Meeting

      为了有效落实学校减负提质工作，扎实开展教师教研、高效课堂及精准作业设计，为学校高品质发展出谋划策，3月24日上午，我校组织全体行政、学科组长、教研组长及教师代表参加了学校三月教学反思工作会。

      In order to effectively implement the work of reducing the burden and improving the quality of the school, the school carried out teachers' teaching and research, efficient classroom and accurate homework design, and offered suggestions for the high quality development of the school. On the morning of March 24th, the school organized all the administrative and subject leaders, the leader of the teaching and research group，teachers' representatives to participate in the school's teaching meeting.

      会上，学校党支部书记、校长马长俊就学校近期在教研、课堂、作业设计以及学生“三自”方面等情况做了比较详细的介绍，与会老师对学校各方面工作表示充分肯定与赞同。随后各参会教师各抒己见，在实事求是中积极献计献策，提出了中肯的建议。

      At the meeting, Ma Changjun, the Party branch secretary and principal of the school, made a detailed introduction on the recent teaching and research, classroom, homework design and students' "three self" aspects. The teachers who attended the meeting fully affirmed and agreed with the school's work in all aspects. Then the teachers expressed their opinions, actively offered suggestions in seeking truth from facts, and put forward pertinent suggestions.

      此次教学反思专题会议，细化了教师在学校各项工作中的标准，学校也将继续落实各级部门的相关要求，努力做足、做好学校各项工作，为“学生喜欢、教师幸福、家长满意、同行认可、社会称赞、政府信任”的办学愿景继续前行！

      This special meeting has detailed the standards of teachers in various work of the school. The school will continue to implement the relevant requirements of all levels of departments, and strive to do a good job in all work of the school and move on!
