近日,根据上级部门工作部署,
结合当前家庭需求与学校实际工作需要,
都江堰市灌州小学全体老师利用线上平台,
专题学习了“协同育人下的有效家校沟通”。
In order to further optimize home-school communication,
gather the joint efforts of home-school education and guide the healthy growth of children, recently,
all teachers in our school learned effective home-school communication under collaborative education.
学习讨论
老师们有关“家校沟通中存在的问题与原因分析”“协同育人背景下有效家校沟通的对策”等 四个专题。
学习之后,老师们结合本班的情况,展开了积极讨论,并反思了平时家校沟通中存在的问题分析原因。
After learning, the teachers started a positive discussion, combining with the situation of the class, and reflected on the home-school communication problems and analyzed the reasons.
     
家庭是社会的核心单元,也是一个人的个性、品性、人格、是非观念及责任心形成的始发地和养成地,而学校作为育人的主阵地,在促进人的健康成长和全面发展等方面也发挥着非常重要的作用。家校协同是家长、学校在明确主体责任的情况下进行多方配合与沟通,共同培育孩子,共筑孩子健康成长!
Home-school cooperation is that parents and schools cooperate and communicate with each other in the case of clear main responsibility to cultivate children and build healthy growth of children!
