灌州·人文交流｜堰宝与资深外交官、教育部人文交流专家面对面"Future Diplomats" exchange program

文明因交流而精彩 文明因互鉴而丰富

      为落实立德树人的根本任务，扎实推进中外人文交流特色学校的建设，2023年3月16日，教育部中外人文交流中心国际理解教育项目指导委员会常务副主任马燕生、专家指导委员会成员袁秀菊、教育部中外人文交流中心处长陈滔伟、教育部中外人文交流中心项目主管韩杰、成都市教育对外交流中心副主任闵菲，都江堰市教育局党组成员、副局长刘婷婷，都江堰市外事办副主任黎佳，教育局法规科副科长罗仕勇及九所兄弟学校莅临我校开展调研活动。

      In order to promote the construction of schools featuring Chinese and foreign humanities exchanges.On 16 March 2023, Ma Yansheng, Executive Deputy Director of the Steering Committee of the International Understanding Education Programme of the Chinese and Foreign Humanities Exchange Centre of the Ministry of Education,；Yuan Xiuju, the member of the Expert Steering Committee,；Chen Tuowei, Director of the Chinese and Foreign Humanities Exchange Centre of the Ministry of Education；Han Jie, Project Director of the Chinese and Foreign Humanities Exchange Centre of the Ministry of Education,；Min Fei, Deputy Director of the Chengdu Education Foreign Exchange Centre.；Liu Tingting, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Dujiangyan Education Bureau, and Li Jia, Deputy Director of Dujiangyan Foreign Affairs Office, visited our school to carry out research activities.

      专家领导们在美丽的校园里聆听着红领巾志愿者对校园文化的介绍，马校长向专家组介绍了我校中外人文交流建设情况。

      The experts listened to the introduction of the  campus culture by the Red Scarf volunteers on the beautiful campus, and Principal Ma introduced the group to the construction of Chinese and foreign humanistic exchanges in our school.

      讲座中，教育部中外人文交流实验区专家指导委员会常务副主任马燕生就中国外交史、中国外交政策、以及当今的外交形势等方面向同学们娓娓道来，通过讲解自身的学习经历和外交经历强调了外语学习对以后从事工作的重要性：每一个中国人，都是一个外交官。并且不时穿插自身的一些外交趣事，语言亲切，轻松幽默，同学们兴趣盎然，掌声不断。      

      During the lecture, expert Ma Yansheng introduced the students to the history of Chinese diplomacy, Chinese foreign policy, and the current diplomatic situation. By explaining his own study experience and diplomatic experience, he stressed the importance of foreign language learning for his future career: every Chinese is a diplomat.

      教育部中外人文交流专家指导委员会成员袁秀菊教授对我校中外人文交流工作给予了高度赞扬，赞扬了孩子们大方、自信的表现，强调了中外人文交流工作在学校落实的重要性和意义。

      Professor Yuan Xiuyu, a member of the Ministry of Education's Expert Steering Committee on Chinese and Foreign Humanities Exchange, praised our school's work on Chinese and foreign humanities exchange, praising the children's generous and confident performance and emphasising the importance and significance of implementing Chinese and foreign humanities exchange work in schools.

      互动提问环节，同学们积极举手，“怎样才能让英语学习进步？”“怎样才能当一名外交官？”学生们面对面向专家们“取经”。马燕生结合自己的外语学习历程向孩子们传授了学习外语的好方法，并分享了自己在做外交官的心得体会，希望校园里的“堰宝”能多学本领，以后代表都江堰走向世界，为推进“一带一路”和构建人类命运共同体贡献力量。同时，希望今天的解答能为我们的孩子们埋下一颗外交官梦想的种子。

      During the interactive question session, students actively raised their hands, "How can I improve my English learning?" "How can I become a diplomat?" The students were able to learn from the experts face-to-face. Ma Yansheng shared his experience of being a diplomat and hoped that the children on campus would learn more and represent Dujiangyan to the world in the future, contributing to the promotion of "One Belt, One Road" and the building of a community of human destiny. I hope that the answers given today will help our children grow up.

      见面会后，同学们带来了学校美术社团用俄罗斯戳绣和中国元素结合的熊猫作品，赠送与嘉宾，并合影留念。

      After the meeting, the students brought panda works by the school's art club combining Russian stamping embroidery and Chinese elements to present to the guests and to take a group photo.

      本次活动极大的激发了我校学生对外交工作的兴趣，通过学生与外交官面对面近距离的接触，拓宽学生的国际视野，进一步激发学生的爱国情怀，增强学生的民族自信，也在学生心中萌发了外交强国梦。

      The event stimulated our students' interest in diplomatic work, broadened their international horizons through face-to-face and close contact with diplomats, further inspired their patriotism, enhanced their national self-confidence and also instilled in their hearts the dream of a strong diplomatic nation.

      见面会后，专家们在第二会场进行了中外人文交流特色学校建设调研座谈。

      After the meeting, the experts had a research talk on the construction of schools with Chinese and foreign humanities exchanges in the second venue.

      座谈会上，都江堰市教育局党组成员、副局长刘婷婷介绍了都江堰市中外人文交流特色学校建设工作的总体我情况。都江堰市外事办副主任黎佳介绍了都江堰市对外交流情况。

      At the symposium, Liu Tingting, member of the party group and deputy director of the Dujiangyan Education Bureau, introduced the general I situation of the construction work of the school with Chinese and foreign humanities exchanges in Dujiangyan. Li Jia, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Dujiangyan City, introduced the foreign exchange situation of Dujiangyan City.

      专家组对都江堰市中外人文交流顶层项目设计表示称赞，同时针对学校中外人文交流工作建设以及工作中的问题、困难给出了详尽的指导和建议。

      The expert group praised the design of the top-level project of Sino-foreign humanities exchange in Dujiangyan, and at the same time gave detailed guidance and suggestions for the construction of the school's Sino-foreign humanities exchange work as well as the problems and difficulties in the work.

      本次活动为进一步做好中外人文交流特色项目指明了方向，相信在专家组的指导下会越来越好！

      This event has pointed the way for further improvement of the special Chinese and foreign humanities exchange program, and I believe it will get better and better under the guidance of the expert group!
