灌州·均衡｜我校教师到崇义小学作“家校协同育人”交流 Home School Cooperation

      3月14日下午，我校艾小红老师受邀在都江堰市崇义小学参加“同做智慧引路人，共助孩子学习力量生长”主题活动中，与四年级家长就《家校社协同教育中家长的重要性》进行现场交流。

      On March 14th, teacher Ai Xiaohong of our school was invited to participate in the theme activity of "being a smart guide and helping children grow their learning power together" at Chongyi Primary School in Dujiangyan Irrigation Project City, and had an on-site exchange with fourth grade parents on the importance of parents in family school community collaborative education.

      活动中，艾老师就四年级学生群体发展特点及当前家庭教育所面临的困境进行分析，强调了家庭教育在协同教育中的基础性作用，并给予了可操作性的家校协作策略建议。

      During the activity, Teacher Ai analyzed the development characteristics of fourth grade students and the current difficulties faced by family education, emphasized the fundamental role of family education in collaborative education, and provided actionable suggestions for home school collaboration strategies.

      家庭是人出生、成长并伴其一生的地方。在儿童正式接触学校教育之前,家长除了对孩子进行生活照料,更是他们的第一任老师,担负着孩子性格培养和行为习惯养成的重任。在家校社协同教育中，家庭是基础，学校是关键，社会是延伸。只有更好地进行家、校、社联动，才能做更优质的教育。

      A family is a place where a person is born, raised, and accompanied throughout his or her life. Before children are formally exposed to school education, parents not only provide daily care for their children, but also serve as their first teacher, bearing the heavy responsibility of cultivating their children's character and behavior habits. In family school community collaborative education, family is the foundation, school is the key, and society is the extension. Only through better interaction between family, school, and society can we achieve better quality education.

      我校一直重视家校社协同育人，除了对接社会资源，开展家长进课堂，为学生校外延伸学习提供可能；其次规范成立班级家委会、年级家委会、校级家委会，加强家校沟通；学校还为全校家长购置家长课程，提升家长育人水平，并邀请家长参与学校各项工作，努力建设家校一家亲。
