灌州·聚力｜全市体育教师能力培训在我校举行PE Teachers Training Association

      2023年2月25日，都江堰市全市中小学体育教师在我校开展了体育教师执行力的培训。其目的为了继续深化课程改革，更好落实“教会、勤练、常赛” 教学要求，立足课程育人理念，构建都江堰市中小学“四位一体”体育与健康课程体系，加强赛事创新，形成都江堰市校内竞赛--校际联赛--区级联赛--选拔性竞赛为一体的中小学体育竞赛体系，以赛带学、以赛带练，全面提升中小学生体质健康水平和运动技能水平。

      On February 25, 2023, Dujiangyan primary and secondary school physical education teachers in our school carried out physical education teacher executive ability training. Its purpose is to continue to deepen the curriculum reform, better implement the teaching requirements of "Teach, practice and regular competition", based on the concept of curriculum education, construct the "Four-in-one" physical education and health curriculum system of primary and secondary schools in Dujiangyan.To improve the physical health and sports skills of primary and middle school students in an all-round way.

      首先是都江堰市体育教研员赵军老师介绍了本次培训的课程安排，以及本次培训的意义。“四位一体”的体育与健康课程体系，需要全市每一位体育老师的共同努力，为学生的健康来构建都江堰市中小学生体育运动新生态，做好科学训练，规范比赛，常态评价。这些都需要我们体育老师来落实，我们体育老师就必须要具备这样的能力，以此来促进健康课程体系的推进。

      First of all, Mr. Zhao Jun, sports teaching and research staff of Dujiangyan , introduced the course arrangement of this training and the significance of this training. The "Four-in-one" physical education and health curriculum system needs the joint efforts of every physical education teacher in the city to build a new ecology of physical education for primary and middle school students in Dujiangyan , do a good job in scientific training, standardize competitions, and evaluate regularly. All these need our PE teachers to implement, we PE teachers must have such ability, in order to promote the health curriculum system.

      随着一场篮球比赛的开始拉开了今天的培训序幕，由四川省第十四届省运会男子甲组成都市代表队、都江堰中学代表队在灌州小学校的篮球场打的一场友谊赛，通过学生来展示篮球竞赛组织、执裁、赛事保障等相关的组织能力，让我们老师更直观的了解赛事组织等其它方面的工作是如何开展。

      Today's training began. The Chengdu Team of Men's Group A of the 14th Provincial Games of Sichuan Province and the Dujiangyan Middle School team played a friendly game in the basketball court of Guanzhou Primary School. Through the students to show the organization ability of basketball competition, referrals, game security and other related organizations, our teachers have a more direct understanding of how to organize the game and other aspects of work.

      在半场比赛休息的时候，我校啦啦操校队为这场篮球比赛倾情助力，可爱的啦啦操运动员在动感音乐的衬托下，健康向上，彰显活力，给予篮球赛场上的运动员最大的鼓舞。校园竞赛活动如何开展这一话题，也在老师与老师之间不断的在碰撞、探讨。

      During the half-time break, the cheerleading team of our school gave the basketball game a boost, giving the players on the court the greatest encouragement. The topic of how to carry out campus competition activities is also discussed among teachers.

      下午，是四川省骨科医院的邱医生，给老师们分享了运动损伤、医疗健康以及中小学生现在面临的重大健康问题。“万丈高楼平地起”先从“足”说起。首先是儿童的扁平足，要高度警惕扁平足，扁平足走路的姿势明显不正常。再就是脊柱问题，骨盆前倾，大多青少年会出现脊柱侧弯的问题，是由于在学校里坐姿不规范等等，同时邱医生也逐一介绍了如何改善和纠正这些问题。

      In the afternoon, it was Dr. Qiu from Sichuan Orthopaedic Hospital who shared with the teachers sports injuries, medical health and the major health problems facing primary and secondary school students. The first is the flat feet of children, to be highly vigilant about flat feet, flat feet walking posture is obviously not normal. Then there are the spinal problems, the pelvis is tilted forward, due to improper sitting posture in school and so on, and Dr. Qiu also introduced how to improve and correct these problems one by one.

      运动需要科学，科技的发展就有很多科技手段应用到运动训练中，对学生的健康进行监控和指导。这次的AI开发团队给老师们介绍了运动监督、运动保障、运动指导和如何用AI小程序为老师们的教学赋能。

      Sports need science. With the development of science and technology, many scientific and technological means are applied to sports training to monitor and guide students' health. The AI development team introduced sports supervision, sports assurance, sports guidance and how to use AI mini programs to empower teachers' teaching.
