灌州·聚力｜我校召开新学期教职员工培训会New Semester Staff Training Meeting

       2023年2月9日起，为了备战新学期，进一步推动我校的高品质发展，我校开始了新学期准备工作，对未来的工作提前进行了全面计划。全校教职员工全体参与，共同努力，为新学期的工作携手同心。

       新的学期，新的气象，灌州小学理事长周烈剑向全体教职员工提出了新的工作方向，对新的一年给予了全新的展望。全体教职员工备受鼓舞，以全新的精神状态投入工作。

       9日，全校教职员工齐聚学术厅，党支部马长俊书记基于党和国家的教育方针政策以及未来党和国家的教育改革方向，对教职员工提出了全新的要求。随后以“至善向美”的办学理念，对全校教职员工进行2023年学校工作解读。

       课程发展与指导中心李坤主任基于新课程标准的具体要求分享“共生课堂”、“大单元教学”、“新作业改革”教学计划，细致的教学指导，展示出全新的教学生态。

       Based on the specific requirements of the new curriculum standard, Director Li Kun of the Curriculum Development and Guidance Center shared the teaching plan of "symbiotic classroom", "large unit teaching" and "new homework reform", and detailed teaching guidance, showing a new teaching ecology.

       质量监控中心任红主任进行计划解读，引领全体教师在更高要求下，对我校教育教学质量进行了高质量监督规划。

       学生发展与指导中心叶体平主任就教职员工职业道德、全员德育工作内容，从全新的角度和方针，提出了新的要求和规划。

       Director Ye Tiping of the Student Development and Guidance Center has put forward new requirements and plans from a new perspective and policy on the work content of professional ethics and moral education of teaching staff.

       都江堰市疾病预防控制中心，传染病防治科科长代思雅，就疾病常态防控提出了新要求，结合成都市和都江堰市通报的情况和要求，对新学期疾病防控工作作出全面部署。

       Dai Siya, head of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Section of Dujiangyan Disease Prevention and Control Center, put forward new requirements for disease normal prevention and control, and made a comprehensive deployment of disease prevention and control work in the new semester based on the situation and requirements reported by Chengdu and Dujiangyan.
