
寒假公益助学,韵律锻炼动起来
为进一步深化落实国家双减政策,丰富充实学生课后假期生活,全面切实提高学生的艺术、体育素养,我校在在本次寒假“公益课堂”活动中,分别由音乐、体育进行每周一次的韵律指导。
In order to further deepen the implementation of the national double-reduction policy, enrich students' after-school holiday life, and improve students' artistic and physical quality in an all-round and practical way, our school in this winter vacation “Public welfare classroom” activity, music, sports were conducted once a week by the rhythm of the guidance.
体育课程(Physical Education)
为增强我校学生体质、促进学生健康成长,提高参与体育锻炼的积极性,同时结合都江堰市的青城养生文化,我校以“青城太极——站功六式”为主要教学。
In order to enhance the physical fitness of our students, promote their healthy growth, enhance their enthusiasm for physical exercise, and integrate the Dujiangyan City Mount Qingcheng Health culture, “Tai Chi in Mount Qingcheng ” is the main teaching method in our school.
 
在上课前每位老师严格的要求自己积极认真的进行教学研讨,高质量的完成每一节课的教学设计,以饱满的热情和严谨的态度对待每一节课。本次课堂教学老师们通过以理论宣讲和实践操作相结合的方式,让同学们了解了太极的文化,同时每位体育老师通过不同的形式和方法,生动形象的带领同学们进行“青城太极——站功六式”的学习。为避免单一枯燥的教学,老师们还在课堂上增加了眼保健操和有趣的体能练习,既保护了孩子们的视力也增强了孩子们的体能。经过几堂体育课的学习,孩子们进一步了解了不同体育项目科学锻炼的方式和理念,也为他们身心健康发展打下良好的基础。

我们为孩子们准备了积极正面的手势舞课程,让孩子们在节奏的强弱、旋律的起伏中感受音乐带给他们的快乐,手势舞让孩子们在节奏和律动中感受音乐,创造音乐,培养了学生的乐感,激发学生学习音乐的兴趣,同时也让孩子们在学习中得到一种身心的放松,就让我们一起欣赏一下孩子们精彩的学习过程吧!
