
在人体的生理变化过程中,青春期是一个非常重要的生理变化时期。青春期健康教育是提高中学生身心素质,实施素质教育的重要内容。随着青春期的发育和发展、社会阅历的扩展及思维方式的变化,特别是面对升学竞争的压力,高年级学生在学习、生活、人际交往、升学和自我意识等方面,会遇到各种各样的困惑。因此,开展青春期健康教育,是学生健康成长的需要,是推进素质教育的必然要求。12月7日,我校高年级的同学们齐聚学术厅,迎来了一场以《你好,我的青春期》为主题的青春期知识讲座。
Adolescence is a very important period of physiological changes in human body. Adolescent health education is an important part of improving the physical and mental quality of middle school students and carrying out quality education. With the growth and development of adolescence, the expansion of social experience and the change of way of thinking, especially in the face of the pressure of college entrance competition, senior students in learning, life, interpersonal communication, college entrance and self-awareness, and other aspects, will encounter all kinds of confusion. Therefore, to carry out adolescent health education is the need of students' healthy growth and the inevitable requirement of promoting quality education. On December 7th, our senior students gathered together in the academic hall, ushering in a lecture on adolescent knowledge with the theme of "Hello, Adolescence".
 
在心理教师白柯老师的带领下,大家首先通过一个小游戏来与身边的同学互动,一次握手、一个拥抱,让气氛变得轻松。白老师提到,我们去了解关于人的知识,是为了更好地了解自己,理解彼此,所以不必害羞,要正确面对自己的成长所带来的不同。
Under the guidance of Ms. Bai Ke, the psychology teacher, we first played a small game to interact with the students around us, shaking hands and hugging each other, which made the atmosphere relaxed. Ms. Bai mentioned that we learn about people in order to better understand ourselves and each other, so we don't have to be shy and face the differences brought by our growth.

白老师从青春期心理与生理的特点、什么是美、如何对待男女同学之间的友情、怎样克服心理障碍等方面切入,由浅入深,由表及里,结合肢体语言以及多媒体,使同学们渐渐了解到青春期的概念。同学们开始觉得“难以启齿甚至感觉到恶心”,但在白老师悉心讲解概念、耐心分析案例的过程中,同学们开始以平和的心态去了解青春期,对性道德等也有了更深层次的认识。此外,白老师还针对这些问题向学生们提建议:如月经期间应当注意的问题、怎样管理青春痘、如何对待挫折等,并现场与同学们进行讨论,对于学生提出的疑惑,白老师都一一作答。
Ms. Bai explained from the psychological and physiological characteristics of puberty, what is the beauty, how to treat the friendship between male and female students, how to overcome psychological barriers and other aspects, from the shallow to the deep, from the surface to the inside, combined with body language and multimedia, so that students gradually understand the concept of puberty. Students began to feel "difficult to talk about and even feel sick", but in the process of Ms.Bai carefully explaining the concept and patiently analyzing the case, students began to understand puberty with a calm mind, and have a deeper understanding of sexual morality. In addition, Ms. Bai also made suggestions to the students on these issues: such as the problems that should be paid attention to during menstruation, how to manage acne, how to deal with setbacks, and the scene to discuss with the students, for the doubts put forward by the students, Ms. Bai answered one by one.
 
随后,同学们写下了自己对于青春期的看法,并在讲台前和大家分享自己的心得体会。Afterwards, the students wrote down their opinions about adolescence and shared their experiences in front of the class.

总之,青春期教育是一个敏感的话题,我们将不断探索,不断努力,让孩子在青春期这一特殊的人生阶段健康、平稳的成长,使学生愉快地度过一个没有困惑的青春期。
