Part.01

体质健康检测

      为了全面贯彻《国务院办公厅关于强化学校体育促进学生身心健康全面发展的意见》文件精神，积极落实《国家学生体质健康标准》，全面提升学生体质健康水平，培养学生体育锻炼习惯和健康生活方式。近日，我校精心组织，对全校学生进行了体质健康测试。

      Recently, our school conducted a physical health test for all students.

Part.02

体测进行

      为确保本次检测工作的高效性、规范性和安全性，我校成立了测试工作领导小组。结合学校实际情况和疫情防控要求，制定了体质健康检测工作方案，细化各环节工作，明确各岗位职责。

      Our school has established a leading group for testing work. In combination with the actual situation of the school and the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the physical health testing work plan was formulated, the work of each link was refined, and the responsibilities of each post were clarified.

      此次检测项目有：身高、体重、肺活量、坐位体前屈、1分钟跳绳、1分钟仰卧起坐、50米跑、50米×8往返跑等，全面记录学生体质发展状况。检测期间，由于学校班级多、班额大，检测分年级错时进行，各班体育老师和测试工作小组协同作战，互相配合。测试中，同学们积极参与、奋力拼搏，展现了良好的身体素质；各测试员尽职尽责，认真记录，展现了严谨的工作态度，经过各位老师的努力，体测工作圆满完成。

      This test comprehensively recorded the physical development of students. During the testing period, due to the large number of classes and classes in the school, the testing was carried out in different grades and at different times. The PE teachers of each class and the testing team worked together and cooperated with each other. During the test, the students actively participated and worked hard, showing good physical quality. All testers were conscientious and recorded carefully, showing a rigorous working attitude. Through the efforts of all teachers, the physical examination was successfully completed.

体质数据分析

      本次体质健康检测工作的顺利开展，让学校及时掌握了学生的体质现状，为学校开展各项体育教学活动，选择切实可行的锻炼方式提供了科学依据，也能有效促进学生积极主动地参加体育锻炼，养成经常锻炼的好习惯。下一步，学校将对学生的体质健康数据进行全面分析，切实促进学生的德、智、体、美、劳全面发展。

      This physical health testing work allows us to grasp the physical status of students in a timely manner, which provides a scientific basis for carrying out various sports teaching activities and selecting practical exercise methods, and can also effectively promote students to actively participate in physical exercise and develop a good habit of regular exercise. Next, we will conduct a comprehensive analysis of students' physical health data to effectively promote students' all-round development.
