深化课堂改革

      为了落实2022年小学英语新课标的具体要求，凸显培养学生核心素养的教学方向，全面提升教育教学质量，促进青年教师的教学技能提升，从今年九月起，我校英语组进行了青年教师赛课活动。

      In order to implement the specific requirements of the 2022 primary school English new curriculum standard, highlight the teaching direction of cultivating students' core quality, comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching, and promote the improvement of young teachers' teaching skills, our English Group has held a course competition for young teachers since September this year.

      在此期间青年教师们积极选课，认真备课，精心设计，各展所长，精彩纷呈。

      During this period, young teachers actively selected courses, carefully prepared lessons, carefully designed, and showed their strengths.

      在老师们的英语教学课堂中，以发展学生的核心素养为核心目标为导向。老师们通过选用不同教材，不同风格的内容，灵活设计紧扣单元主题；以问题为导向，引导学生提出问题，解决真实生活中的问题，提升学生的思维品质。

      In the English teaching classroom of teachers, the core goal is to develop students' core literacy. Teachers flexibly designed the unit theme by selecting different textbooks and different styles of content. They guided students to ask questions and solve problems in real life, and improved students' thinking quality.

      此次英语赛课活动，聚焦英语新课标，利用课堂全面提升学生的核心素养，提升“高效课堂”。同时也为所有教师营造了一个相互学习和促进的良好氛围。通过实践不断学习、探索和反思，青年教师不断提升专业素质和专业技能。

      This English competition activity focuses on the new English curriculum standard, uses the classroom to comprehensively improve the students' core literacy, and improves the "efficient classroom". At the same time, it also creates a good atmosphere for all teachers to learn from and promote each other. Through continuous learning, exploration and reflection through practice, young teachers constantly improve their professional quality and skills.
