新教师展示课

      为了进一步提高教师的。专业素养和教学能力，展示教师风采，营造教师间积极进取、相互学习、交流合作的浓厚教研氛围。我校12月初开展了“新教师展示课”活动。

      In order to further improve teachers' professionalism and teaching ability, showcase teachers' style, and create a strong teaching and research atmosphere for teachers to be active, learn from each other and exchange and cooperate. At the beginning of December, our school carried out the activity of "new teachers' demonstration class".

      一年级仰文静老师执教《前后》一课，在课堂中带着学生一起经历运动会的比赛过程，在跑步比赛和卡丁车比赛中感受“前后”，学生兴趣浓厚，积极性高，参与感强。

     In the lesson "Before and After" taught by Ms Yang Wenjing in Year 1, she took students through the process of the sports day together, experiencing the "before and after" in the running and go-kart races.

     一年级彭皓月老师执教《认识图形》一课，三个小游戏“猜猜我是谁”“盲人摸象”“我说你猜” ，生动有趣地让学生感受立体图形特征，积累观察、思考、交流的学习活动经验。

     Ms Peng Haoyue of Year 1 teaches a lesson on 'Knowing shapes', in which three games, 'Guess who I am', 'The blind man touches the elephant' and 'I say you guess', are used to give students a lively and interesting experience of three-dimensional shapes. The three games, "Guess who I am", "The blind man touches the elephant" and "I say you guess", are a lively and interesting way to let students experience the characteristics of three-dimensional shapes and accumulate experience in observation, thinking and communication.

     一年级张雷雪老师执教《小明的一天》，通过“嘀嗒嘀嗒”的声音引出今天的“主人公”——钟表，开启了认识钟表一课。课堂上，学生认真观察钟面，发现了钟面上的“秘密”，认识了时针和分针。在说一说，认一认，拨一拨的学习活动中，学生学会认读整时和半时。

     Ms. Zhang Leixue of Year 1 taught 'A Day in the Life of Xiao Ming', introducing the 'main character' of the day, the clock, through the sound of clock, to start the lesson on understanding clocks. In the classroom, students observed the clock carefully, discovered the "secrets" on the face of the clock, and got to know the hour and minute hands. In the learning activities of talking, recognising and dialing, students learn to read the whole time and half time.

     四年级肖睿老师执教《确定位置》一课。肖老师创设好生活情境，情智驱动，进行设问、引问、追问、曲问、反问，激发学生的学习兴趣和学习热情，启发学生积极思考。

     Mr Xiao Rui of Year 4 teaches the lesson 'Determining Positions'. Mr Xiao created a good life situation, emotionally intelligent and driven, asking questions, eliciting questions, pursuing questions, curving questions and asking rhetorical questions to stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm for learning and inspire them to think positively.

     杨薇老师执教四年级《温度》一课，通过小游戏激趣导入本课主要内容。课堂上，黑板前一个放大版的“温度计”吸引了学生的眼球。他们认真观察温度计，从直观形象理解温度的高低。

     Ms Yang Wei teaches a lesson on 'Temperature' in Year 4, introducing the main content of the lesson through a small game. In the classroom, an enlarged version of the 'thermometer' in front of the blackboard caught the students' attention. They observed the thermometer carefully and understood the temperature from the visual image.

     丁毅老师执教五年级《组合图形的面积》一课，以智慧老爷爷装修房子这一生活情境，引出生活中的数学问题。学生在丁老师的引导下，自己去动手，去思考，去交流，去归纳，去提炼，从感受到理解，不仅学得了本节课的知识，而且领悟了数学中的转化思想。

     Mr. Ding Yi teaches the lesson "Area of Combined Figures" in Grade 5, using the life situation of the wise old grandfather decorating his house to introduce the mathematical problems in life. Students were guided by Mr. Ding to do, think, communicate, summarise and refine on their own, from feeling to understanding, not only learning the knowledge of this lesson, but also comprehending the idea of transformation in mathematics.

     新教师展示课，已成为我校的一个常规活动。它是摇篮，推动着青年教师茁壮成长；它是契机，推进广大教师教学教改；它是平台，推出一批又一批脱颖而出的新秀；它是动力，把我校的教育教学推向一个又一个的新高峰。相信通过学校的用心培养和新教师的刻苦钻研，他们一定会在教师队伍中的绽放光芒！

     The new teacher demonstration class has become a regular activity in our school. It is a cradle for young teachers to grow up; it is an opportunity for teachers to promote teaching and education reform; it is a platform for a number of new talents to emerge; it is a driving force to push our school's education and teaching to a new peak one after another. I believe that through the school's attentive training and the hard work of new teachers, they will definitely shine in the teaching team!
