家校积极面对，共克时艰！——新形势下的灌小教学行动The Teaching Model in the New Situation

      在当前抗疫新形势下，我们都在与时间赛跑，同病毒较量，灌小人正以实际行动最大限度确保师生家长的安全，确保教育教学生活秩序。鉴于部分孩子在家，大部分孩子在教室，我们按照课表进行，所有学科均实行线上线下混合式教学直播，即在教室里面老师给学生上课时，腾讯会议系统直播到居家隔离的孩子端，孩子也可以通过视频端和班上师生互动。

      当前，孩子选择线上还是线下，我们都征求了家长们的意见，得到了家长们的支持。家委会在家长群中发布了根据本班学生健康状况进行的线上或居家的接龙选择。其实这样的教学模式从今年9月返校后，我们就给全校班级教室配备了直播系统，只要班上有请假的孩子，都可以选择在家和教室里的同学同步上课。
