

积极心理学指出:人类在进化过程中形成了更多关注负面信息、消极事情的倾向,关注带有危险性质的事情,逐渐形成了负面偏差,来帮助人类规避危险,更好地生存和繁衍。
Positive psychology points out that human beings constantly pay attention to things with dangerous nature in the process of evolution, and gradually form negative deviations to help human beings avoid danger and survive better.
如今现代社会已经没有那么多真正会威胁生存的事情,当人更多注意他人的缺点和不足,或者过度关注负面信息,会让人产生愤怒、不满、怨恨等情绪,影响人的身心健康。而积极情绪能使人更健康、更乐观和更有韧性。
Nowadays, there aren't so many things that really threaten the survival. When people pay too much attention to the shortcomings and deficiencies of others, or pay too much attention to negative information, they will generate anger, dissatisfaction, resentment and other emotions, affecting people's physical and mental health.Only positive emotions can make people healthier and more optimistic.
巴比提的坏心情
基于此,我校心理老师通过绘本《巴比提的坏心情》,引导学生学会把注意力在美好的事情上以获得好心情。
The psychology teacher of our school guided students to learn how to get a good mood on beautiful things through the picture book Babbitty’s Bad Mood.
   
三件好事
随后,借助积极心理学技术,指导学生利用纸笔记录每天发生的三件好事。
With the help of positive psychological techniques, Miss. Bai guided students to record three good things that happen every day with pen and paper.
            
“三件好事”是积极心理学家马丁·塞利格曼提出的能有效提升人的积极情绪的方法,通过学习和坚持该方法能够帮助学生发现身边的美好,保持积极乐观的心态,培养开朗、合群的健康人格,提高幸福感,建立良好的人际关系。
This method can help students find the beauty around them, maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, improve their sense of happiness, and establish good interpersonal relationships.
