都江堰市教育局教研员来我校指导工作Teaching-research staff Guide Our Work

      为了准确把握新学期教学方向，规范课堂教学标准，提升教师教育教学水平，近期，我校特邀请都江堰市教育局教研室张万龙主任和数学教研员胡涛、语文教研员任小英，为我校的数学组、语文组教研活动进行指导。

      In order to accurately grasp the teaching direction of the new semester, standardize classroom teaching standards, and improve the teaching level of teachers. Recently, our school specially invited Dujiangyan Education Bureau Teaching and Research Office Director Zhang Wanlong, mathematics research staff Hu Tao, Chinese research staff Ren Xiaoying, for our teaching and research activities to guide.

      数学课堂中，各位老师的教研示范课带领每一位数学教师从数学角度出发去发现美、领略美和创造美。

      In the mathematics classroom, the demonstration class of each teacher leads each mathematics teacher to discover beauty, appreciate beauty and create beauty from the mathematical perspective.

      随后，张万龙主任和教研员胡涛针对每一堂课进行了点评以及相应的工作指导。每一位教师也认真聆听，汲取经验。

      Afterwards, Director Zhang Wanlong and teaching researcher Hu Tao gave comments and corresponding work guidance for each class. Every teacher also listened carefully and learned experience.

      语文课堂中，徐瑀、梁小琴两位老师的教学依照新课程标准的理念，从思辨性阅读与表达任务群的角度出发，以学习活动的方式带动整个课堂，课后任老师对两堂课提出了优化意见。

      In the Chinese class, the teaching content of Xu Yu and Liang Xiaoqin is in accordance with the concept of the new curriculum standard, from the perspective of the task group of reflective reading and expression, and drives the whole class in the way of learning activities. After class, Ren Xiaoying teacher put forward optimization suggestions for the two classes.

      在一系列课堂实践中，张万龙主任以及教研员胡涛老师、任小英老师向老师们提出了指导性的建议，为老师们在接下来的教学、教研工作明确了任务和方向。我校将充分利用此次指导所获得的宝贵经验，作为一面旗帜、一支标杆，进一步完善我校课堂教学工作。每一位老师在活动中都得到了锻炼与提升，并对每一堂课都做出了自己学习后的收获。我校老师纷纷表示：今后会更加注重教研，让每一位教师在研中学，研中悟，研中行，研中悦！在教研实践中深耕不辍，永远幸福在教研之路上，让灌州小学的教研之花美丽绽放！

      In a series of classroom practices, Director Zhang Wanlong and Hu Tao teacher and Ren Xiaoying teacher put forward guiding suggestions to teachers, which clarified the tasks and directions for teachers in the following teaching and research work. Our school will make full use of the valuable experience gained from this guidance, as a banner, a benchmark, to further improve our classroom teaching work. Every teacher got exercise and promotion in the activity, and made their own gains in each class. The teachers of our school sigh that we will pay more attention to teaching and research in the future, so that every teacher can learn! We should make continuous efforts in the practice of teaching and research, so that the flower of teaching and research in GuanZhou Primary school can bloom beautifully!
