活动过程

      为深入贯彻《中小学德育工作指南》，以立德树人为根本任务，进一步推进德育队伍专业化发展，近年来，我校多形式、多途径培养班主任专业化水平，取得了很大成效。2022年10月21日上午，由成都市教育科学研究院主办的 “班主任专业成长经验交流”在成都市草堂小学举行，我校艾小红老师代表都江堰作交流。

      On the morning of October 21, 2022, the "head teacher professional growth experience exchange" sponsored by Chengdu Education Research Institute was held in Chengdu Caotang Primary School. Our teacher Ai Xiaohong made an exchange on behalf of Dujiangyan.

      活动中，我校都江堰市名班主任、都江堰市班主任楷模，校聘德育名师艾小红，以《不负韶华守初心，砥砺前行向阳生》为主题，向大家作班主任专业化成长历程的分享交流。

      In the activity, Ai Xiaohong, a famous teacher of our school, shared the experience of the professional growth of the head teacher with the theme of "Keeping the Initial Mind, Living in the Sun".

      艾小红老师在自己的成长历程中反复强调了以赛促成长的必要性。班主任要学会在实践中反思，在反思成成长，在与孩子的交往中收获幸福、享受幸福，进而培养自己对班主任工作的热爱，做一个快乐的班主任。
